Liz was our wedding planner at Lodge Farm House and what a dream it was. She was on hand for any questions at any time and was always at the end of a text leading up to the day for any last minute bits I needed. She was professional yet so personable and it was like having a friend be the planner! She did so much behind the scenes on the day that made the wedding run smooth and without a glitch! Thank you so much Liz, what a star!

As soon as we viewed lodge farm house we knew it was going to be the location for our wedding. It was just a bonus that we ended up with Liz helping us out throughout the whole thing. It was like having a friend hold your hand! She understood our vision from the get go and did everything she could to help us bring it all to life on our special day. Our wedding still gets spoken about and we’re so happy we found lodge farm. We look back with very fond memories.

We got married in August 2021 and it was the absolute perfect setting. From the day we booked we were taken care of, Liz really went above and beyond for us, even helping us with our flowers. Everyone still talks about the day with found memories and I couldn't fault it. You will not be looked after better than the way we were! Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend or praise the whole team at Lodge Farm, enough for hosting our wedding in June. We knew as soon as we visited, that it would be the perfect setting for our special day. Elizabeth Dunn helped us plan our day down to the minutest details which was executed with total precision on the day. Liz and Michael organised a fantastic wine tasting event where all us wedding couples got together and it was a great evening. Special mention goes out to Michael’s parents who made us feel so much part of the family. Lodge Farm is quite simply .......STUNNING!!! All our families and guest did not stop remarking what an amazing place Lodge Farm and how fantastic the day was!

Beautiful locations for a Tipi wedding. On site stunning accommodation and a secrete garden, offer something special to any outside wedding. Liz is a amazing at her job and will go over and beyond, making your day seamless... We cant wait to set up again this year!! x

Having worked at Lodge Farm now for a number of years as a recommended caterer, Lodge Farm really is a hidden gem tucked away in the Hertfordshire countryside! It is a fantastic venue and we love working alongside Maria and her team and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

A Wedding Celebrant I have had the opportunity of working at a great many wedding venues over the years and Lodge Farm House is without doubt, one of the prettiest and most delightful country venues I have had the pleasure to visit. In addition to the beautiful location, the event team are incredibly professional, enthusiastic and go above and beyond to ensure their couples day is perfect - I cannot recommend highly enough!!

I have worked with lodge farm for 4 years now and to say I love working there is an understatement! The venue and gardens are simply beautiful, the staff are like a family and Maria is what holds us all together. Every wedding I have had the pleasure of being a part of has been so different and wonderful, I feel truly blessed to be part of them.

From the start to the finish Maria, Liz and the rest of the team were just amazing. Liz was in charge of the best day of our lives. Nothing was a problem for her. We visited a few places on our search for the perfect wedding venue. Lodge farm house stood out to us from the get go. It was exactly what we were looking for in terms of location, views, accommodation and cost. Maria was so helpful and instantly made us feel assured we would have the most perfect day - which we did. She was patient with us as it took us a while to get a date that we and our priest could do, but never made us feel pressured. Once we fixed a date Maria was on hand to answer questions we had at any time - even once when she was on holiday! She gave us a list of suppliers we could use as we had explained that we wanted a tipi set up and what kind of food we were interested in. Both were exactly what we wanted and couldn’t have been more perfect for our day. Liz was introduced to us about 6 months before our wedding and from there everything felt a lot easier. She is the ultimate event organiser and always gave the best advice. She became more of a friend to us in the lead up to the wedding and we loved that she was part of our special day. She kept us calm and gave us some of the best ideas for the day. She really went above and beyond what you’d expect from an event organiser. Our guests said how amazing the grounds at lodge farm were and how amazing the venue itself was. The house at lodge farm is beautiful and perfect if you have close family you would like to stay the night of the wedding. We had breakfast together the next morning and it was the most amazing way to end our wedding. We can’t thank all of the staff at lodge farm house enough for everything they did for us in the lead up to the wedding and on the day. It really was exactly as we wanted it to be and better than we could have imagined.
