Hi, I'm Tom! I was born and raised in Bashall Eaves, a mile away from the restaurant and into a local farming family. I returned to Clitheroe after 8 years abroad working in 5* kitchens. My menus are borne from my time in private chalets in the French Alps, tailoring menus to guests tastes from all over the world. I source the best quality local ingredients as well as those from further afield. With a focus on sustainability and freshness.

Our vibrant truck travels within a 50-mile radius throughout Lancashire, Cumbria and Yorkshire. Our authentic pizza dough is slow-fermented for 72 hours to achieve the deepest flavour. Select up to 4 toppings (incl. vegan, veggie & halal) sourced from specialist Italian suppliers & local when possible. We include a full service & care for the planet so when we leave you won't know we've been there (though we leave you any leftover pizza!)
