Wowsers!! What an experience! We contacted Sam to cater for my mums 70th and he did not disappoint. This is private dining at its best. He was responsive from our first communication and provided different options to see what suited us best. Sam and the team arrived with plenty of time to prep and we didn’t need to lift a finger, the dining table looked beautiful and the service was fabulous.

Fantastic service, from first contact to arrange the booking to the clearing of the table at the end of the meal. Staff were extremely friendly & professional. The choices on the menu were excellent & the food was first class. For a special occasion the whole experience is highly recommended

You worked so hard and we can't thank you enough! Our family and friends all thought you were brilliant! The food was absolutely unbelievable and you were so lovely to work with! Wow! What an amazing experience. I was tasked with arranging a Hen Weekend...I wanted something very special for my Bride, Samuel and his team, Ash, Nathan and Ruby went above and beyond. Their professionalism, attention to detail and the amazing talent of Ash, our chef, he exceeded my expectations. Our evening was seemless from the moment they arrived until the second they left. The meals were all beautifully presented and extremely delicious.

Samuel of Eden Catering has been amazing from start to finish. He was great to work with when we were designing the menu for our celebration wedding dinner. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt that he took every care and consideration to make sure that we were totally happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our tasting a few weeks before the wedding and so we had every confidence that all would be perfect on the day. And indeed it was! Sam and his fantastic team have just catered for our wedding and have done an amazing job. The food was superb and the service very friendly and professional. It was excellent from the beginning to end. Sam helped a lot with the planning, was 100% reliable, a pleasure to deal with and his signature dish proved to be one of the best Beef dishes that many of us had ever eaten. We hired Sam and the team to cook for my 40th birthday on New Years Day 2023. What an amazing experience from start to finish. In planning Sam was obliging and considerate of our small requests, was happy to reduce the menu to 2 courses for our younger teen guests and just generally lovely to deal with. On the day itself Sam and his team arrived, set up the most amazing mini pro kitchen and set away producing food that was the absolute highlight of our holiday.

At the end of a wonderful wedding weekend at the Lingholm Estate we had a superb evening meal provided by Sam & Ash and impeccable service from Nathan and Stacey. We would highly recommend the team if you're in the lakes and looking to use a private chef. All allergies/intolerances were catered for and each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. They even washed up and left the kitchen spotless!
