The staff were AMAZING at every point from booking, meetings,prep, answering questions, responding to emails quickly, accommodating needs for dietary requirements, accommodating my thousands of 'great ideas' and personal touches I created...right through to being supportive on the day and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The staff clearly love what they do, creating magical days for couples and this really shines through. The venue is STUNNING....our wedding day was absolutely magical from start to finish. They were so helpful with the many questions that I had, the planning meetings were well organised and the packages that they offer are brilliant. The day itself was very smooth and I didn't have any problems. The staff were amazing on the day, and I couldn't fault anything or anyone. The venue is gorgeous with lovely grounds and the Monks Barn which I had my reception in is beautiful. Would recommend as a venue to get married at.In the lead up to the wedding the staff were amazing and well organised. They were so helpful with the many questions that I had, the planning meetings were well organised and the packages that they offer are brilliant. The day itself was very smooth and I didn't have any problems. The staff were amazing on the day, and I couldn't fault anything or anyone. The venue is gorgeous with lovely grounds and the Monks Barn which I had my reception in is beautiful. Would recommend as a venue to get married at.

The venue, the staff, the effort that they put in.... we couldn't have asked for more. We got engaged in Dec 17 and was recommended the venue by friends of my husband's. We went along for just a look and ideas on prices etc..... we left with a date booked for 5 months later. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when my mother fainted during the day (got to love a drama right before the big group photo) .... then venue were on hand with blankets to keep her warm and comfy and had a sugary tea on hand for when she was ready. They sent James and I off for our last photos together when we knew my mum was okay..... and they looked after all our guests.... while we went off knowing they were taking care of everything. And when I popped to the bar in the evening to get a drink and have a quiet second to myself.... I realised all of a sudden I had no purse or money on me and everyone was on the dance floor ... not a problem... the bar manager sorted that instantly and just discreetly put it on our room. No fuss.... just simple. And I was back on the dance floor in a matter of minutes. Even the morning after at breakfast....nothing was too much trouble.... everyone was still very accomdating. The chef went above and beyond to make gluten free food for myself even adding a few extras to the meal that I wasn't expecting. Would truly recommend especially if you have dietary needs.
