Both Hugo and James were super helpful with helping us to think about every little detail and making the right choices with regards to the day schedule, catering, drink packages and all the other arrangements. They were also very flexible with accomodating our wishes and details of the day even when it required some additional work. Both Hugo and James, as well as other the Hackney staff member were a pleasure to interact with and helped us to keep the usual stress around the big day at a low level. I should also note that we definitely felt like they had a lot of experience with organising the event like that and knew how to plan everything and what needed to be agreed in advance. We got lots of great advice. On the actual wedding day everything went super smoothly and we and our guests were absolutely blown away how magical the venue loooked. We also had a great experience with the recommended caterer - the Banquet - they created a great menue for us that accomodated all the various dietary requirements (and we had plenty). The dishes were delicious and were presented beautifully. It was also super easy to interact with Dave and Tor from the Banquet. From the moment we saw the intimate, versatile, industrial/botanical space we knew it was the place for us, but beyond this, The Hackney Co. team are true professionals whose attention to detail and positive/helpful attitude make organizing your wedding easy and stress-free (Thank you Hugo!). Nothing was too much trouble and the team went above and beyond to meet all of our requests and assist with any last-minute changes. The Hackney Co. recommended Banquet to cater our wedding breakfast who were fantastic. The portion size, quality, taste, and presentation of our chosen dishes for a family-style sit-down meal were 10 out of 10. And they took care of a lot of "annoying" chores, like printing stationary, working out seating plan etc. - which was very appreciated.
