What's Included?
Exclusive use
We are totally bespoke and so the pricing varies depending on the date, wedding requirements and the spaces used. We don't typically charge venue hire (except a fee for the ceremony room) but we work on a minimum spend basis which again varies depending on the details of your day.
For example - 1st floor exclusive hire would typically be a minimum spend in the region of £10,000 for a Saturday although this does depend on multiple factors.
We also offer private hire of individual spaces for smaller weddings and this will of course be lower cost.
7th floor exclusive hire of our Michelin star restaurant Angler with roof terrace will again vary but typically for a weekend a minimum spend between £12,000 - £16,000.

There were so many rooms to allow for all options and not only that, it also came with Nikola who made the whole process so much easier, nothing was too much to ask and everything became possible. Food and drink was really important to us (the groom being a chef) and we couldn’t have hoped for these to be any better, really the best food at a wedding we have ever had and the kitchen was so adaptable to our requests. The hotel itself is just perfect too; 5 Star but without any pretentiousness, great location and fantastic staff. Nikola, the event manager, was truly exceptional — incredibly attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making our day special. She handled every detail with such care, from the booking process right through to the wedding day itself, which made the entire planning journey effortless and stress-free. The entire team was equally wonderful — friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. They made us feel supported and reassured at every step, and their coordination on the day was seamless. The Secret Garden was the absolute showstopper. It’s a hidden gem that took our guests’ breath away, creating the perfect backdrop for photos and an atmosphere that felt straight out of a fairytale. The food tasting was an absolute delight — not just delicious, but beautifully presented — and it set the tone for the incredible dining experience on the day. I also can’t say enough about the bridal suite. It was spacious, elegant, and the perfect place to get ready on the morning of the wedding. Having so much room for myself, my bridal party, and our hair and makeup team made the morning calm and enjoyable. From the moment we met our event planners, Nikola and Sharif, we knew we were in safe hands. Both of them went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our day went off without a hitch and both were always available to us no matter what we needed. Everyone, together, made our day the happiest we could have asked for. We cannot recommend the South Place Hotel enough. All of our guests from our wedding walked away talking about how incredible it is, from the rooms to the event itself. So many! We are an art hotel so there are amazing locations inside and out including our roof terrace, Secret Garden and Angler Restaurant to name a few.

Salmon tartare, avocado charcoal cone - a classic but super tasty!
