The grounds create the perfect picturesque backdrop for your photos, not forgetting our unique outside pool area where your guests can enjoy reception drinks and canapes. Woolston Manor has two suites which are both licensed to hold civil ceremonies. Taylor Suite; Our most popular wedding and event suite, surrounded by stunning views of our golf course is a perfect setting for a light, spacious and welcoming event space. Licensed to hold civil ceremonies and receptions for up to 250 guests, the Taylor Suite has its own private bar and balcony terrace with stunning views over the golf course and Pool Area. The Lounge Our Lounge is perfect for a celebration for an intimate event. The Lounge boasts views of our Championship Golf Course with its own private bar and balcony, it’s the perfect setting for you and your guests to celebrate in style. If you have your own caterers, Woolston Manor offers a dry hire option which gives you access to the room from 8am-12am, chivari chairs and tables included and access to there kitchen. Catering is provided by the venues talented team, and offer a range of packages to suit a variety of needs and budgets. The catering team specialise in English, Asian and Caribbean cuisine. Woolston Manor would love to host your event, whether you are looking to book a Wedding, Birthday, Bat or Bar mitzvah, Christening, a Celebration of life, or corporate event, they will be on hand to guide and assist you every step of the way.

Right from the very moment we chose Woolston Manor as our venue, Eleni and the team have shown so much commitment, dedication and support to us both! Nothing was too much trouble and Eleni was an absolute dream coordinator on the day! The food service was seamless, food was so good, drinks were flowing and the decor was stunning! This was also echoed by our guests who had the most amazing time and have also said that Woolston Manor is a superb venue! Once again, a huge thank you to Eleni and the team at Woolston Manor for making our day so extra special ♥️ Andrew & Shirley Marie Wow! We had the most beautiful, memorable and special wedding day! I left my battery and charger 2 weeks ago and totally forgot about it until today and called up and the lovely Lucy said they found it and kept it for me. Highly recommend for weddings and events.Lovely venue captured my gorgeous couple wedding day and the food and grounds were so nice to work with, they took the couple individually on carts to the golf course for their couple shoot. Every wedding is unique and special in its own way. Some of the most exciting moments we've witnessed at our venue include a groom arriving on horseback, a magical Harry Potter-themed wedding, and an awe-inspiring 24-tier cake!

Our number one wedding planning tip for couples would be to prioritise communication and collaboration. Wedding planning can get overwhelming, so it's important to have open and honest conversations with each other about what both of you envision for the big day. Discuss your must-haves, budget, and expectations early on, and make sure you're both on the same page throughout the process. Working together as a team will help you make decisions more smoothly and keep the planning process fun rather than stressful, and of course we will be here to help you every step of the way.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
One of our favourite personal touches we've seen at a wedding is when each table is named after a meaningful location in the couple's journey—like where they met, their first home, or the spot where they got engaged. It's such a thoughtful way to share their story with guests!

Our golf course offers countless photo opportunities, but the greens are definitely the highlight. The most picturesque spot is on a bridge over one of our serene rivers, providing the perfect backdrop for unforgettable photos.

Our favourite canape is Chicken Tikka on mini Naan with Mango Chutney, you can't go wrong.
