Description

Within the historic setting of Blake Hall, and its lovely gardens, we are proud to offer you the beautifully restored 17th century barns as the perfect venue for your wedding. Blake Hall is only offered for exclusive use and is licensed for civil ceremonies, either inside the converted Hay Barn or outside under the canopy of the Old Saddlery. Reception drinks can be enjoyed either outside on the pretty lawn and terrace between the barns, or inside in the spacious Hay Barn. Te Essex Barn is then open for the wedding breakfast and evening entertainment. The Old Coach House, and its impressive dressing room, is close by, sleeps six and is available for the night before your wedding. Staying here with your family or bridesmaids is a great way to start the wedding festivities. Blake Hall is also proud to offer Stable Cottage, a delightful one bedroom cottage for the newly weds to enjoy on the night of their wedding as well as the Tack Room, The Carpenter's Shop and the Horse Box for family and close friends. The seclusion and privacy of the Hall's stunning gardens and formal lawns and ancient trees provide countless opportunities for wonderful photographs and our experienced co-ordinators will be there to ensure your special day is stress-free and unforgettable.

Our venue hire includes exclusive use of the entire venue and gardens on the day and the Stable Cottage for the night of your wedding. It also includes the Blake Hall team who are here for you throughout, including a dedicated Wedding Manager on the day itself. All prices quoted include VAT. We ask for a minimum of 50 adult guests.

We got married in Blake Hall in my May this year. We fell in love with the venue the first time we viewed it. The venue and the grounds are beautiful no matter the season or weather. We loved the attention to detail, everything is accessible, the food was amazing and the whole team are so helpful. For us our day was perfect and we wouldn't change a thing. All our guests have complimented the venue and said its the best wedding they've been to. Thank you to all the team at Blake Hall. We had the most wonderful wedding day at Blake Hall. From start to finish it was such a brilliant experience. Everything from set up with Shannon and Natalie, to the wonderful food and outstanding service Dave and his team provided, to the stunning venue which everyone loved. We honestly could not have asked for more. It was the most magical day. We cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you to all the team at Blake Hall. Blake Hall was the most perfect venue we could have hoped for - we knew straight away that it was the place for us. The grounds are gorgeous and very photogenic for our Spring wedding. The staff were attentive and organised both leading up to the day and on the day itself, making sure it all ran smoothly and our slightly odd requests were actioned. I would not hesitate to recommend Blake Hall to anyone looking to get married. Blake Hall was the most perfect venue we could have hoped for - we knew straight away that it was the place for us. The grounds are gorgeous and very photogenic for our Spring wedding. From the moment we first viewed Blake Hall we knew it was the one - we even cancelled the other viewings that we had booked elsewhere and after getting married last week, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff were amazing throughout and the venue was perfect. Nothing was too much of an ask for them and they went above and beyond to make our day as special as it was.
