As a blank canvas outdoor venue, we will guide you every step of the way. We can help with choosing your dream location for your ceremony and wedding breakfast on the glorious lawns, obtain quotes for your dream sail cloth, tipi, marquee or stretch tent from one of our tent partners and obtain quotes from our catering partners. We will be there to hold your hands with our on-the-day management, from 9am until midnight, included in our venue hire.
The historical manor Woodmancote Place once belonged to Countess Goda in 1066 and Edward Seymour; Henry VIII’s Lord Protector of the Realm. With unrivalled flexibility to use the grounds of the manor as you wish, Woodmancote Place offers 150 acres of possibilities.
Three stunning lawns offer a variety of vistas and can all be used for your ceremony, drinks reception or marquee, the choice is yours.
The Manor House lawn features the Manor as the backdrop.
The deer park lawn has the widest expanse of space and features views across the picturesque deer park and lakes.
The croquet lawn is slightly elevated and features views of the Manor House, lakes and deer park, nestled within an avenue of trees.
A licensed venue for outdoor weddings, with three licensed lawns available for your civil ceremony or celebrant ceremony or a Church ceremony in the beautiful St Peter’s Church Woodmancote, located adjacent to the grounds. Set in a sprawling 150 acres, Woodmancote Place is the perfect location for intimate or large wedding parties, for up to 200 guests. With unrivalled flexibility to use the grounds of the manor as you wish. For the wild and whimsical or elegant and classic.
We also offer full or partial wedding planning service if you would like assistance with planning, budget, styling, sourcing all suppliers and much more, we would be thrilled to collaborate with you to create your dream day.

Full, exclusive use of the grounds for 20-200 people is £5,000 including VAT.
Including use of all four lawns as desired. Access to the drawing room of the Manor for couples photographs. Access to the cloakroom of the Manor for the couple, until 10pm. Access to the deer park for photographs. Free parking for all guests. Access either side of the big day for set up and take down.
Our in-house wedding coordinator to assist with logistics during planning and on the day itself to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Hannah is fantastic, she met with us several times before the wedding, she instantly made us feel at ease and was prompt and professional in all correspondence. Hannah was incredibly helpful on the week leading up to, and the wedding day itself. She was in touch with all suppliers and ensured the day ran seamlessly, taking away any stress from us. Many of our guests have commented that it was ‘the best wedding venue ever!’. We all had the most wonderful day that will stay engraved in our memories for a very long time.
