I can’t possibly pick just one! Some of the most memorable are definitely the post-lockdown weddings. Seeing our lovely couples finally get to experience their perfect day with all their loved ones together, after multiple postponements, was just pure joy!
Don’t get too tied up in trends! There are so many fantastic sources of inspiration when planning a wedding, but make sure you’re staying true to what YOU want your day to be like. If you’re happy, your guests will be too, so don’t feel guilty for making some self-indulgent decisions.
We’ve seen some really personal ideas when it comes to the table plan. From books and plant pots, to childhood photos and meaningful locations – it’s often one of the ways we get to learn a bit more about our couples.
Characterful, Historic, Romantic, Picturesque, Unique
There’s no denying Cowdray Ruins provides a pretty spectacular backdrop for photos, but personally some of my favourite shots have been ones taken in our orchard.
We’ve had a couple of familiar faced guests, but none who have outshone our lovely brides and grooms!
Our in house caterers, The Yellow Kitchen, do a delicious mushroom arancini.
For me, pizza wins every time!
The garden itself is what really makes The Walled Garden unique and special. From frost tipped foliage in the winter, to spring blossom and June roses, each season brings something new; but whatever time of year you choose to get married, you’re guaranteed a tranquil and private space filled with beauty and charm!
Our team. We all take so much pride in what we do, and genuinely want every wedding to be beyond perfect. It’s great to work amongst people who share your passions and really pull together to make sure every couple has the best day.
