Walking through the beautiful Christmas trees, imagining where our celebrant would stand for the ceremony, and seeing the open space for the marquee—it was everything we dreamed of. The views from the marquee were simply stunning and added so much magic to the day. In the lead-up to the wedding, Oliver and his family were incredible. They were always available to answer questions, offer advice, and recommend suppliers. Their support, friendliness, and constant communication made the whole planning process so much easier. On the big day, they were right there again, helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Woodland Hollow is not just a breathtaking outdoor venue—it’s run by the most wonderful people who genuinely care about making your day perfect. We honestly wish we could do it all over again. We’d made the difficult decision to move our wedding from Majorca, it’s fair to say that at that stage we were a little fragile. We’d heard about Woodland Hollow and went for a visit. Before we’d even seen the venue, the family welcomed us and treated us with so much sensitivity. We really appreciated the personal and kind approach. We went to look around the venue and it was humbly breathtaking. It was meant be, rustic, relaxed and naturally beautiful. The team at Woodland Hollow were so proactive in reaching out to our events team and at each step of the way nothing was ever too much bother. Each time that we went to the venue, we had such wonderful experiences, the family would always come out to work with us and always made us feel soooooopo excited. Woodland Hollow isn’t just a venue, it is a supportive package with a team of people dedicated to making you feel special. We will always have great memories of our day, but also fond memories of working with such lovely people. We cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. Set in the beautiful greenery of the great outdoors with plenty of space and stunning views, the tree clearing spot was perfect for what we pictured for a marriage ceremony. It's simply stunning and actually needs little to no extra decoration to be just the most whimsical woodland area. Initiallly we met the super friendly team and felt it the perfect place for our day, as we could be decision makers for each and every element of the day. We felt ecstatic excitement then and at each stage after, having discussed potential use of the space and all our ideas sounding possible. While allowing us to have those choices was probably one of the best parts of having our day here, the staff then made it incredibly easy and helped an enormous amount in the running of the day itself. Hannah as our key contact made sure we had thought of everything in the planning stages, liased with a number of our suppliers, and then ensured we had the smoothest run wedding day by none other than herself and some colleagues.
