The village of Alfriston is a hidden Gem, with the heart being Wingrove House. We got married in the village church, and had our meal and party at Wingrove House, our Guests enjoyed staying in the luxurious rooms (much easier then getting taxis back). The staff were helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we checked-out. We had a 3 course meal, buffet and breakfast all of which were phenomenal. We cannot wait to return for our anniversaries! Thank you everyone at Wingrove! The most beautiful day of our life in the most beautiful place. You have all made our day even more special, nothing was too much trouble and we never felt we were inconveniencing anyone - what a brilliant team you all are! And Amy, a special thanks to you for coming in on your day off to oversee everything. You’ve been absolutely wonderful!
