The Coppice
What more is there to say about our woodland coppice? It’s a stunning private location a very short walk away from the hay barn which is completely flexible to your needs. The centre-piece of the coppice is the altar / ceremony stage which is beautiful whilst remaining unimposing. There’s a sign post to greet your guests and the entrance is via a winding woodland path through a circular arbor. Decorate it how you want – after all it’s your day….
The Hay Barn
Our hay barn is an amazingly versatile space for anything from formal style functions to festival or ceilidh fun. Easily transformed in minutes from meals and speeches to dancing you can literally do almost anything your imagination can come up with. The barn can comfortably seat 120 people depending on your layout plan and is surrounded by wild west style buildings in a characteristic private enclosure for you and your guests.
The Festival Field
Adjacent to the hay barn area is a grass field with a stage at one end (we use it for our yearly festival – Woodzstock). How far do you want to go with your plans? There’s scope for a huge party with bands, bouncy castles, burgers and bedlam. Why not go bigger and have a multiple day festival wedding event?
The Saloon Bar
The outdoor saloon bar sits at one end of the hay barn and gives a great feel to proceedings. You tell us what you want to be available to your guests and we’ll provide it – at reasonable pub prices rather than hotel prices. Our venue licence allows us to put pop up bars in multiple locations so you tell us what you need and let us advise you.

Everything about organising our day was made that bit easier with Charlotte, Dave and their team. They have so much knowledge and many contacts that they were happy to share with us. We loved the environmentally friendly ethos of the venue. I fell in love with the coppice from the first moment and knew it was the place we'd say our vows.We spent our first night as a married couple in the Treetops Cabin which is just beautiful! All our guest said it was the best wedding they'd been to. We had the most amazing and unique day at Wildwoodz. We had a 200+ and did a festival themed and everything was just magical. They have a fantastic team which were amazing at everything. We stayed at in the tree house which is just outstanding! Dave and Charlie made the planning part easy and kept in touch making sure we were on top of everything. The basic template leaves you free to add your personal touch and Dave and Charlie came up with good advice and suggestions. The staff were right on everything, every time we thought of doing something they were already on it for us without us asking! Absolutely beautiful venue which will hold a place in our hearts forever now. We also loved the treehouse cabin the bed was one of the comfiest we've stayed in especially after a long, long day. Thank you so much all at Wildwoodz! Everything was perfect for us, from setting up to tidying up Wildwoodz was just incredible.
