Inside you will find exposed brickwork, rustic oak beams and open fireplaces, creating the perfect authentic barn wedding venue with a modern twist. Embark on your journey with confidence, guided by our experienced Wedding Managers who will meticulously craft each moment to perfection. Suites & Services Offered Our licensed Eleanor Suite host civil ceremonies of up to 150 guests, which leads out to a beautiful Rose Garden, lit with festoon lights and an abundance of blossoming flowers, the perfect setting for your drinks reception or that must-have confetti shot. Your meal and evening reception will take place in the stunning Valance Suite, with a capacity of 220 seated or 275 standing guests. With Bifold doors leading directly out onto the wrap-around balcony with stunning views over the course, and the seamless transition between the indoors and outdoors is the perfect harmonious setting for your Wedding Breakfast. The in-house chefs pride themselves on providing a first-class dining experience, using only the freshest ingredients. Enjoy a two course, three course meal or one of our many buffet options catering to a range of cuisines, that you and your guests and guaranteed to enjoy. Our newly installed dancefloor is bound to entice your guest up to enjoy the celebrations and after much dancing, you can return to the balcony to watch your own spectacular and private fireworks display. Our wedding was in September 2025 and, despite only having three months to plan, Westerham Golf Club turned out to be the perfect choice. The sweeping views and gorgeous barn-style interior created a stunning setting, but it was the staff who truly made the venue stand out. From our very first visit, Gracie impressed us with her expertise and reassuring manner. She walked us through every aspect of the day, helped us stay on budget, and made it clear that the team were committed to making our wedding feel unique and personal. On the day, Ruby and Philippa were fantastic. Their professionalism and experience were obvious, and they ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We could not thank Gracie and the team at Westerham GC enough for all of their professionalism and support to make our wedding day truly special and the best day of our lives. Preparation was easy - minimal stress for us. They catered exactly to our needs and the day went so smoothly, their recommended suppliers made the venue absolutely stunning and all of our guests were impressed with the service and the staff, as well as the venue. They went above and beyond to turn the Eleanor Suite into a Halloween themed party room for us, for extra entertainment for our guests. We would definitely recommend Westerham Golf Club to anyone we know looking for a venue to get married in, or even just for a party! We're very happy we chose Westerham GC to celebrate our wedding and very satisfied overall. We checked a few venues in a very limited window back in Dec '24 and WGC were able to accommodate us, show us round and they offered the best value. We got married 2/8/25. Communication was consistently good: they were flexible, answered our questions and helped us make the most of our day the way we intended, a smallish, intimate party, no DJ but a ceilidh, barn tables, our own music and a nice atmosphere that allowed people to mingle. About the food, we, the bride and groom, agree with the guests that it was truly delicious and well abundant. The evening buffet was excellent. Wow, where to begin! The most incredible venue and team from start to finish. Welcoming, well organised, kept in touch throughout the planning process and ensured everything ticked along nicely in the run up to the big day. Gracie was brilliant at coordinating our wedding planning process, was quick to answer any questions and helped keep things calm at all times. Everything ran so well on the day - Ruby and Brad were brilliant at making sure everything ran smoothly (even curveballs from our guests were managed quickly and efficiently without causing any bother to us). Setup was smooth beforehand and the venue looked amazing. The food was incredible, and a particular shoutout at how good the venue is at catering to dietary requirements including halal options and catering to allergies including gluten free for me. The venue is stunning and the layout really encourages a great day and party. Everyone has commented after how amazing the venue, staff and food were. We are so glad we picked Westerham!! We had the most incredible day, and from start to finish, the team at Westerham were nothing short of amazing. We genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. The venue itself was perfect. We loved having access to both rooms, with the bar, dinner tables, and dance floor all in one space. It created such a seamless flow and allowed all our guests to stay connected throughout the celebration. The views were breathtaking. They gave us loads of great recommendations for local suppliers; people they work with often and who already had amazing reviews; which took a lot of stress out of planning and made everything feel much easier. The venue itself is absolutely stunning; beautiful interiors and breathtaking grounds. We honestly wish we could do it all over again. We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding, those views could not have been more beautiful as a backdrop. Everything about Westerham was perfect, the team were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Emma and Lucy were so friendly, helpful and made the organising so much easier. The process was seamless from start to finish. We booked with just 12 weeks to the date and what I expected would have been a rushed a stressful 12 weeks, was not at all. Questions answered quickly, advice given when requested, flexible on certain aspects, allowed us to pop in a have a look at other set ups before our day. The list is endless. Gracie is amazing as are the team and Brad was great on the day ensuring everything ran smoothly. The venue and grounds are stunning! I haven't yet had my photos but I am excited to see them. We used recommended photographer- Peter Morgan- great guy, made us feel super relaxed and guided us. Glam grazing supplied all of our decor and we used the recommended DJ too! A brilliant day and so please we chose Westerham as a wedding venue ❤️The process was seamless from start to finish.
