We would just like to say a massive thank you to all the staff, they were all very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us especially one of the managers I think she was called Claire. She made us feel like absolute superstars and helped us all evening which is a god send for us during a busy show. We had a fantastic night and was an absolute pleasure to perform in such a lovely venue with amazing staff…. I Am part of Dusty Heels, the drag act that performed at Adam & Sams wedding. Our main point of contact for the few months leading up to the wedding was Bec, although she is fairly new to the hotel you would never of known this! she is professional, kind, caring, happy and was Genuinely excited about our big day! Anyone who is lucky enough to have Bec help them plan their wedding are extremely lucky. First of all I would like to say what and amazing venue this is, all the staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond to help you with absolutely anything! Harry and Ryan were amazing and very reassuring. And the two ladies that were on for catering were absolutely fantastic. They got up on the dance floor with us and were so full of smiles and energy.To say we had the most amazing day would be an understatement.
