Titanic Hotel Liverpool can accommodate traditional and multi-cultural weddings up to 500 people. Our wedding venues Rum Warehouse and West Bay can be tailored to create your special day.

Rum Warehouse

Rum Warehouse is an exclusive destination wedding venue that can be transformed into the most extraordinary setting for your special day, overlooking the Stanley Dock. Prices start from £11,500 which includes 100 guests for Wedding Breakfast and 180 guests for Evening buffet.

West Bay

An exceptional venue reflective of our rich maritime heritage and restored warehouse design, with stone floors, steel pillars and vaulted brick ceilings, a wedding venue like no other! Prices start from £10,320 which includes includes 80 guests for Wedding Breakfast and 120 guests for Evening buffet.

Our wedding at the Titanic, Rum Warehouse was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From our first initial meeting with Lauren, our wedding coordinator, through to the day itself Lauren and the on the day operations managers, Anna and Maria, went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we had ever dreamed of and more. Lauren genuinely cared about every aspect of of our planning, was always quick to respond to our many questions and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Anna and Maria ensured the day went as planned, they were on hand for every second of the day and made sure that we took time to take it all in and also made sure we ate! Nothing was too much trouble for them and all of our guests commented on how professional and helpful all of Titanic the staff were. The food was amazing and they did a great job of catering to all of our guests’ dietary requirements. Planning our wedding with Lauren and the team at the titanic has been an incredible experience. Nothing was too much to ask and everything we needed was taken care or immediately. We have looked forward to every meeting and have really been on an emotional journey from the beginning. Lauren made us feel so welcome and we will genuinely miss our regular appointments. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is always happy to make suggestions and contribute to our ideas, all of which came together to make the best wedding day we could have wished for. We were looked after the entire day with Libby on standby for anything we needed the entire day and made sure to check on us both. She acted quickly when my dress broke, found a sewing kit and rallied some willing guests to assist. She made sure we were fed, always had a drink in our hands and was an absolute delight the whole time. From the start to the very end… Titanic will always have our heart… Chloe, our wedding planner was unreal, got it from day 1, personable, relatable and just so lovely. Chloe’s name was also a sign as it was our initials to all our names. Introduced to our operations manager, Libby… I feel like I am finding it hard to find the words to describe how amazing and unbelievable she is! She got to know us personally and even guests commented on how amazing she was and even thought we knew her for years before even though I only met her briefly the day before. Libby didn’t just look after the bride and groom, we had young children and even searched high and low for her dummy, got her chips from the buffet and made sure we were fed and had a drink. My anxiety was through the roof and she swept me away and gave me that minute I needed and even came and sat with me to fan me when I was too hot and overwhelmed. She was unreal and my core memory from our wedding was Libby! Not forgetting our amazing photographers, florist, DJ, Saxophone player and everything else but titanic gave us the wow factor. They were fantastic with the children, the reservations team, Ryan and Abbie took their time to match bookings and bedrooms. From Terry the worker in the lift on the way back to our room when Libby was helping us up with all our bags from the wedding and pram and ensuring the kids got in ok with their aunty and uncle. The breakfast! Sorting out the gallery so we could get special photos of where we got engaged. I can’t thank you all enough and honestly, from our first dance song…. The Titanic have given us the best wedding ever we had a twilight package and WOW what a great package. From meeting Sophie to plan and then we had Chloe to finalise details. Chloe couldn’t do enough for us nothing was to much trouble. On the day Chloe was with us and then we had Libby to coordinate the evening. This Hotel gives you a 5 star wedding. Every staff member at the hotel go over and beyond to help. The Titanic have given us the best wedding ever we had a twilight package and WOW what a great package. From meeting Sophie to plan and then we had Chloe to finalise details. Chloe couldn’t do enough for us nothing was to much trouble. From start to finish our wedding day was amazing and so stress free for me and Liv, the wedding coordinators were on hand for everything we needed! The day was seamless and absolutely perfect. The venue itself is so beautiful and the service from all staff was next level. Even before the big day I could email any questions over to our wedding coordinator Lauren and always got a prompt reply and she made sure every little detail was taken care of. I couldn't recommend the venue more.From start to finish our wedding day was amazing and so stress free for me and Liv, the wedding coordinators were on hand for everything we needed! The guests and all the feedback has blown us away! Cannot fault Lauren and the team throughout our wedding. Shadae was fab on the day and I honestly want to do it all over again. So accommodating, listened to everything we wanted and put me at ease when I was having a mini bridal meltdown!!! They do this week in week out and if ever you feel things aren’t going to go well, push it out of your mind as the team have got it sorted!!Cannot fault Lauren and the team throughout our wedding. Shadae was fab on the day and I honestly want to do it all over again. So accommodating, listened to everything we wanted and put me at ease when I was having a mini bridal meltdown!!! What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

Just recently, we had a couple who personalised their table numbers which they had matched with a photograph of each year of their relationship which was such a special touch, and a trip down memory lane for the newlyweds and their guests.

We have two spots; Rum Warehouse Staircase is the most picturesque indoor photo opportunity at our venue or the Colonnade which looks over the waters of Stanley Dock, both capture the essence of uniqueness.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

Yes, we have had many celebrity weddings, but it would be rude to name drop, so we will keep that as our secret!

What’s your favourite canapé?

Mojo Chicken Burger served on a Brioche Bun with Sweet Chilli Sauce.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Build your own pulled pork baps.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

The Rum Warehouse staircase is definitely the most unique feature at our venue and is one that makes it stand out.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

We are extremely proud of our historical building which has a modern twist to it, and our wedding venues play a huge part in that.
