A four star Georgian hotel at home in Hockney’s Yorkshire, Tickton Grange is set within sixteen acres of English gardens, fields and meadowlands, on the edge of the pretty market town of Beverley. Complete with a sweeping drive way, Palladian house, Edwardian Farmstead and a Garden pavilion, at this family home there are so many ways to celebrate your big day.
Say your I do’s in the Rose Room, elegant and oh so traditional. Opt for outdoors, beneath the pillars of the pretty Pavillion. Make hay in the farmstead, where slow roasts, fire pits and festoons are the order of the day. Or, searching for something more intimate? gather with your closest friends in the ‘Broadley Room’ flooded with light from Georgian bays.

Beautiful countryside, tranquil gardens and a majestic Georgian Manor House at your feet to explore, indulge and soak up all the nostalgia it has to offer. So to be able to have our wedding at this wonderful venue was a no brainer for us. The team are absolutely cutting edge with fine service, a wealth of options and spaces to offer as well as staff on hand to accommodate all your wedding needs. Callum, the general manager, who organised our special day himself, went above and beyond to bring our visions of a cosy, intimate, winter wedding by the fire, to life and make our ‘happy ever after’ come true! Our guests were truly inspired and left with full smiles, full tummies and full hearts and are all eager to return for coffee and cake, as are we. The wedding catering was extremely good, staff were attentive and everything went smoothly. Everything went off very well. Breakfast was varied and they were able to cater for GF. We had to leave early the next morning, but this was accommodated even though the rest of the wedding guests had a room set up for a buffet.Attended a friend's wedding here. What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We once had a flower arch made by the groom himself. As a surprise for his beautiful bride, it wasn't until she got to the aisle that she knew. It was a really lovely moment.

Glamourous, classy, unique, boho, chic.
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Down at the bottom of the garden we have the most magical hidden tree lined spinney. Brides (and grooms!) always look gorgeous amongst the leaves.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Now that would be telling!
What’s your favourite canapé?
Rowley round goats' cheese (from a local dairy just down the road) coated in basil crumbs. A little bite of heaven.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
One of the highlights of our 'Farmstead Weddings' is Chefs barbeque at night. Stoking up 'Big Green Eggs' in the open air of the Foldyard, a Yorkshire burger has never tasted quite so good...
What is your venue's most unique feature?
At the bottom of the lawn, coddled by Laurels and Copper beach is our garden Pavilion. Stone and sporting four gorgeous pillars, it's the perfect stop for open air 'I do's'
What part of your business are you most proud of?
As they say 'Team work makes the dream work' and in the business of making dreams come true, our fabulous team is definitely our pride and joy.
