Just a quick email to say a huge thank you to you and your team at Rise Hall for making Izzy & Jack's wedding this weekend so magical. It all ran so smoothly and was an amazing day. I know Izzy and Jack are still on such a high. Many thanks once again to you all.

Thank you so much to you and the rest of the staff for your help throughout the process for our vow renewal. It was honestly such a magical weekend.

First of all, I just want to say a massive thank you for the BEST WEDDING! Joss and I absolutely loved every single minute of it, it went so quick! I can’t believe it! I would do anything to do it all over again! Everything was amazing about it, the food, the staff, the service! I’ve got major wedding blues at the moment haha!

To Kim and all at Rise Hall, We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you and the whole Dine team for making our day truly magical. We had the most perfect day celebrating with our family and friends and that was down to all the hard work and organisation that goes on behind the scenes. The wedding planning process isn’t easy when you’re 4000 miles away but we always felt at ease knowing the Dine team were on hand to help. Everything went so smoothly and our guests even commented on how wonderful the atmosphere was throughout the day. We will definitely be raving about Rise Hall and the team to anyone who will listen! I just wanted to say on a personal note, thank you for being on hand when my Nannie fell ill. It was a very scary situation but your assistance and calm nature made things easier. She enjoyed the wedding day and has gone on to make a full recovery. Thank you once again for making our day the best. All of love, Laura & Hassan Xxx

We're back from mini-moon and finally back down on earth after the BEST wedding weekend we could have possibly imagined. And SO much of that is down to you and your team. Where do we even start?! From the first planning meeting when me and Joel had zero clue about planning a wedding, to us slowly getting to grips with it and then us throwing all sorts of ideas at you, nothing was ever stressful or a problem - it was honestly all a dream working with you! Meeting Mollie was also fab and you put all our minds completely at ease when we came to see the venue with our parents too. Then it came to the actual wedding weekend, and WOWWW you guys surpassed everything we already knew about you. Again, so calm and stress-free throughout (even though I'm sure it was stressful behind the scenes!), always checking that we're okay, dealing so well with us asking for things and none of it being a problem - whether it was bringing champers up to the room or unexpectedly needing to locate a table for beer pong - there was nothing you couldn't do at the drop of a hat. Even staying up on the first night when people were late and making sure they had food, you just went above and beyond, and we can see it's so genuine. Also just having little chats with you, Mollie, Olga and Judith at random stages throughout the weekend was so lovely! Jess behind the bar was fab too! Sooooo many people commented to both of us and to my parents about how amazing the team at Rise are and pointing out different people, I honestly lost count. You guys were all part of our family and friends for the weekend and that's so special. There really aren't enough thank you's for all the things that we noticed you did for us throughout the weekend, we just want you to know that we appreciate it all more than you can imagine. I've heard horror stories of wedding coordinators at venues, so I will be very much boasting about what an amazing experience we had with you and the whole team. I could honestly go on and on forever! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND MORE - YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Me and jay just want to say a massive thank you for the wedding of our dreams we are still on cloud 9. It was perfect. All the staff were outstanding so thank you so much.

Goodness me, where to start?! The venue absolutely blew us away from the very beginning. Rebecca was absolutely amazing, showing us around and helping us see the vision and the flow of the day and even helping us keep our little girl entertained, who was months old at the time, so we could enjoy the experience. Once we booked the venue and Kim took over, everything was seamless. Kim was so patient, answering all my questions, helping me with all my ideas and helping us create our dream day. The night before when I dropped off all our décor with my bridal party and my mum, she walked us through everything and making sure everything would go exactly where I visioned it, adding suggestions to enhance things even more. On the wedding morning Kim kept coming to check on us, helping us with evening we needed. She kept checking if I needed anything, making sure I was okay and not too overwhelmed. She walked me through everything, smoothing my hair, fluffing my dress, making sure I ate and drank and helped guide us where we needed to go. Everyone commented on how amazing Kim and all the team were. Our day wouldn't have been as perfect if it wasn't for them. So the biggest thank you ever to all the team at Rise Hall, but especially Kim. I wouldn't have been able to pull off the day of our dreams without her.

There is so much we want to say, and for now it will be over email, but a huge thanks to you and the Dine team for the weekend. It exceeded all my expectations and vision for the day ten fold. You as a person are truly phenomenal at what you do (& generally!) and I don't think I have ever known someone to be 3 steps ahead of me. Mollie speaks so well of you and it's testament to your abilities to have someone like her want to emulate and learn from yourself. As mentioned, this isn't the last from Sam and I as we will be reviewing, emailing.. you name it once we jump out of our bubble!! Dear Kim, Mollie & the Rise Hall Team Where do I begin as I am finding it difficult to put my emotions into words as I am for once at a loss for words!!!! And I’m a Public Speaker and a Life Celebrant. The start would be good I suppose, we came to Rise Hall in the January of 2022 to have a look around your beautiful building and grounds, we fell in love with the place from the first time we drove in and knew it was the place for our “Dream Wedding” Little did we know what was waiting for us as that’s exactly what we got as we booked it very soon afterwards as we didn’t want to miss our chance at creating a memory that will not only stay with us forever but with our guests too. We were very quickly introduced to a lovely young lady called Kim Banks who has been there through the whole process --- and my goodness what a wonderful asset to your amazing location Kim is, as she was professional, informative, sensitive, caring and above all else completely honest and transparent about everything and anything that would or could be done for our big day. Kim very quickly became our only point of contact for our Big Day, where nothing was ever too much trouble as she really has gone above and beyond --- which included a wonderful Tasting Session of our Wedding Day Food a few months ago in Leeds. Fast forward to Friday the 26th of April 2024, the day before our Wedding --- We arrived at Rise Hall and were greeted by and I say this with the greatest of respect --- To be greeted by our “Forever Rock” Kim and another amazing young lady Mollie who were the consummate professionals as once again no stone was left unturned and they catered for our and our guest every whim with a smile and helpfulness that money could never buy. All our guests who were sleeping over were met with the same beautiful and elegant arrival welcome and taken to their Rooms by some other members of the Team too. We had an amazing Pre Wedding-Night with our guests, most of it spent in your breath taking Library with a few drinks and loads of laughs. Then Nichola and I awoke the next day in the Bridal Suite to the dawn chorus and sunshine (Now I don’t know how Kim pulled it off, but she promised us Sunshine and a Lovely day Weatherwise and that’s just what we got) The Breakfast was amazing and then “Our Big Day Began” and O My What a Day --- Everything and I mean everything was simply perfect from start to finish. There are not enough words in the English Language to say how truly happy we are as the whole day was just as we had dreamed, only better!!! From Kim, Mollie, and the Team, helping to make our dream day just that, from greeting our guests upon arrival, the food and OMG the food was sublime and compliments to the chef. And may we say that the way that the food was brought and given to an entire table at the same time was simply extraordinary and a wonderful sight to behold as no one was waiting for other guests food to arrival before starting to eat. Kim even stayed with us until our “Final Drinks in the Library” with our guests who were staying over! Sunday finished as good as it started with Breakfast and then Mollie, smiling and patiently waiting for our family to pack up and leave (And believe me with our family patience is very important as they can be rather demanding and slow to get going) To top it all of our son accidentally left his iPad in his room, so I went back to Rise Hall around two hours later and spoke to Sharon who just like the rest of your team was so patient and understanding and got his iPad back for him. In short, we had the Perfect Weekend and a Wedding we could never have Dreamt Of --- well we did dream it this way but never thought that it would come to fruition and for that we thank all your Team from the bottom of our hearts. But especially Kim has she gave us what she promised us all that time ago --- A Loving, Seamless, Perfect, Amazing, Dreamlike Wedding and Memories that we will never, ever forget and neither will our Guest who agree wholehearted that it was. “The Wedding of the Century” So please pass Kim our sincerest and most heartfelt thanks, both Nichola and I sat this morning with a Cup of Tea in Bed whilst watching the sunrise, whilst we shed a tear or two at these amazing Forever Memories whilst crying and laughing at our fun times at Rise Hall!!! Don’t ever let Kim go as she has “Rise Hall and Wedding Planning” running through her veins ---- What a Wonderful Lady and a Tremendous Unfaltering Asset to your amazing company!
