Rise Hall

Just wanted to say from both of us how outstanding we felt the service we had from you and all of your team at our wedding we were absolutely over the moon and thanks so much to you all for all of your efforts .

After getting engaged in November 2021, we booked Rise Hall as our wedding venue in 2022, setting a date for the 22nd March 2025. We narrowed our choices down to Rise Hall and Howsham Hall, which were both stunning venues managed by Dine, with the team that look after viewings being far more attentive than other venues we had looked at. We ultimately settled on Rise as it is a stunning country house and very local to us. After booking the venue, we were introduced to our coordinator Kim and kept updated on the prices due to booking a few years in the future. Kim kept in contact at major points and was quick to respond to any queries we have. Nothing was too much trouble, with them being happy to provide an alternative meal for a vegan guest who was attending the day, as well as accommodating a change in guest meal choices last minute after further guests were invited to the day due to some unfortunately being unable to make it. Kim made the run up to the wedding smooth and as stress free as possible. The wedding day was absolutely perfect. My husband and I have spoken about this a lot since the day and neither of us would change anything. Everything ran smoothly, with the only issue being that the registrar was running late. However, Kim kept everything on track. She even made sure to take us to the library following the ceremony for 5 minutes together to relax before the photographs. Whilst Kim made sure to check in with us at certain points in the day, I barely saw much of her. This is because she was doing a fantastic job of organising the day and keeping it running to schedule. If there were any issues, neither myself nor my husband were made aware of these so we had no stress on the day. Whilst ours was an expensive wedding, it was well worth it. We have so many wonderful memories from the day and everyone we have spoken to enjoyed themselves as much as we did! Thank you to Kim and the rest of the Dine team for helping us have an unforgettable day!

Everything on the wedding day was smooth and easy. Nothing was a concern on the day and it just moved from one part to the next. The registrars were running late but Kim was organising and keeping on top of it. Whilst this meant less time before the meal, everything transitioned seamlessly from one stage to the next with ease. I recently attended a wedding at Rise Hall on October 26th, and I have to say, WOW – what an absolutely stunning venue! I wanted to commend your team for their exceptional service from check-in on Friday to our departure on Sunday. The staff was nothing short of outstanding! With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I truly believe that staff make all the difference!

I just wanted to drop you an email to thank you for all your help last weekend. Eddie and I had the best weekend of our lives and a lot of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to. This has a lot to do with you, Mollie and the team who worked tirelessly all weekend so we didn’t have to worry about anything. You are a credit to the Dine franchise and I hope they realise what an asset you are. Please pass on my thanks to Mollie.

It feels weird messaging you now our wedding is all done and dusted and the wedding blues are just starting to hit! I hope the season is starting to slow down a little for you and the team now and you all get some well deserved recharge time. We would like to thank you and all the team at Rise Hall for such a magical and momentous wedding reception. Our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how seamless the day ran. We feel incredibly lucky and grateful for such a wonderful experience from start to finish. And our beautiful chopping board is in pride of place in our kitchen 🙂 Thank you again for everything!

We had our wedding at Rise Hall and the team were amazing from start to finish. Kim, our Events Manager, is truly outstanding at what she does - her attention to detail is phenomenal! Nothing was too much of an ask - the team did everything possible to ensure we had the best day. The venue, rooms, food, drinks, service - everything was beyond what we could have wished for. Rise Hall will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we could not recommend the venue enough.

Just a quick email to say a huge thank you to you and your team at Rise Hall for making Izzy & Jack's wedding this weekend so magical. It all ran so smoothly and was an amazing day. I know Izzy and Jack are still on such a high. Many thanks once again to you all.

First of all, I just want to say a massive thank you for the BEST WEDDING! Joss and I absolutely loved every single minute of it, it went so quick! I can’t believe it! I would do anything to do it all over again! Everything was amazing about it, the food, the staff, the service! I’ve got major wedding blues at the moment haha!
