Bunny Hill Weddings Full Description
Situated on the edge of the Wolds, deep in the Yorkshire countryside, Bunny Hill is a modern barn with a high-end luxury interior. There are grounds of around 12 acres dedicated to weddings, offering manicured lawns, strips of shady woodland and pretty walled courtyards. A peaceful and private location to host the most special of occasion. Our on site self-catering accommodation sleeps up to 35 guests complete with a dedicated bridal apartment with far-reaching rural views and private garden with Jacuzzi. Operating much like a boutique hotel, couples have everything they need in-house including catering and bar services as well as on-the-day coordination, and a friendly front-of-house team. We operate all year round with a licence for civil weddings indoors and out, all-weather parking and air-conditioned heating and cooling. Finally, if couples want to party hard, we have a late licence, no noise limiters and fireworks are permitted.

3 Day Exclusive Venue Hire - From £8,200 to £14,500 Bunny Hill remains exclusive to you and your guests over 3 days, there will only ever be you, your loved ones and the staff who are looking after you on site. As there's never a wedding the day before or after yours you'll have time to add your own finishing touches and plenty of access for your suppliers. We want you to be relaxed from the moment you arrive and really make the most of your time here at Bunny Hill. Make the most of your celebrations, perhaps supper in the mezzanine bar to welcome your friends and family and a cooked breakfast the morning after. Hourly venue hire: from £2400 to £4000 If you're looking to host a shorter celebration without the need for exclusive access we offer a shorter hire period including 6 hours at £2400 or 12 hours at £4000. For weddings booked less than 9 months in advance or taking place in Low Season (November, January, February and selected dates in October and March) we offer a 20% discount off our Venue Hire prices. All catering costs are in addition to the venue hire charges unless booking our 'Keep it Simple' package. Breakfast: It is possible to arrange a cooked breakfast for all resident guests served in the venue's mezzanine lounge bar provided by our catering partner The Hog & Apple Food Company. Should you prefer grazing boxes to take away or a grazing table in the accommodation kitchen, we have a list of recommendations for you. On the day: Our catering partner The Hog & Apple Food Company provide your day and evening catering with a wide variety of serving styles and menus to choose from. Should our in-house catering not meet your requirements we can discuss alternative options. Night before: There are a range of outside catering options to choose from including Pizza, Grazing Boards and Fish & Chips. Please enquire for more information. Night of the wedding: It's possible for evening food to be provided by an external catering team, in addition to that included with your catering package. My wedding at Bunny Hill exceeded all expectations

From start to finish it was absolutely perfect. Our wedding coordinator Sallyanne took care of everything so we really didn’t have a thing to worry about. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your day is perfect and you have everything you could possibly want and need. Our guests commented on how it was one of the nicest venues they’ve ever seen. We can’t wait to find any excuse to go back here. I can see why people become so obsessed with revisiting the place.

Bunny Hill is the absolute perfect venue and the team are just wonderful!!!

We do not have the words to express how amazing our wedding day was at Bunny Hill on 03/08/24. Aside from our amazing family, friends and our fabulous chosen suppliers, Sallyanne, Laura, Charlotte and the rest of the Bunny Hill team made our day truly magical. We booked our wedding around 18months ago after a recommendation from our mother of the groom that had been a wedding guest at Bunny Hill when it had first opened. We had been to around 10 other wonderful venues- however after seeing Bunny Hill, its immaculate accommodation and meeting the lovely team- we knew no other venue would compare. The staff were enthusiastic about how amazing Bunny Hill is but were never pushy in any way for us to book- the venue spoke for itself and no persuasion was necessary!!! After booking Bunny Hill- the team continued to keep us updated on developments (including a new meeting space, three brand new rooms & lots of tasting events). Bunny Hill is just breath-taking, polished to the highest standard and full of charm- its easy to understand why they are an award-winning wedding venue. Every corner of the venue has been thoughtfully and luxuriously designed: (a two person toilet cubicle for brides with fuller dresses, a hot tub in the bridal suite, those STUNNING chandeliers, a separate area in the bridal suite for the makeup & hair glam team, the lit up forest area.. I could go on and on.) All our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was- with many taking pictures to send to newly engaged family members! The guests that stayed in the accommodation commented that they did not want to leave as the rooms were just perfect, private and comfortable- with special attention to little extras such as children’s activity packs, luxury toiletries and slippers. I would go as far as to say Bunny Hill is the most beautiful venue we have ever seen and it was the best decision to make this our wedding venue. The food from Bunny Hills partner catering team Hog & Apple is truly the best food I have ever eaten. Hog & Apple allowed us to tailor our wedding menu to our exact requirements- we knew it would be amazing but it exceeded all expectations. Each course was cooked to perfection, plentiful and tasted divine. (I was absolutely bursting out of my dress!) We had a few vegan guests that usually struggle with wedding food – but hog & apple made sure they had their own board with lots of tasty meat substitutes! They were absolutely thrilled and commented that it was the best vegan food they have ever eaten. A huge thank you to the lovely Scarlet- Hog & Apples lead for Bunny Hill. Scarlet is brilliant at her job and understood my vision straight away. She was able to organise everything perfectly! A massive thank you to all the waiting staff that were organised, efficient and were having good fun with our guests- even posing for pictures with them at one point! Around six months to go we were introduced to Sallyanne our wedding coordinator. What can we say about Sallyanne? apart from- what a woman!!! We had a few meetings in person and over the phone with Sallyanne and each time she was down to earth, easy to chat to and up for a laugh! it was easy to put our trust into her to coordinate the most important day of our lives. Sallyanne was there for us from the Friday afternoon we got to Bunny Hill until the Sunday afternoon we left. Within that time she was an absolute god-send! From taming our excited best-man, chasing up our décor company that had accidentally used the wrong colour chair drapes, putting on buttonholes, making sure the aisle walk was perfectly timed to our music, getting the shots ready for last minute confidence to walk down the aisle and for when me and my husband were way too sober to dance in front of everyone during our singing waiters lol, carrying my long dress train countless times without complaining, stealthily moving broken décor and for keeping us in the right place at the right time throughout the day. Sallyanne is an absolute credit to Bunny Hill and our wedding would not have been the same without her good humour, A1 organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail. If you are a newly engaged couple on the hunt for your perfect wedding venue- do not hesitate to book your day at Bunny Hill Weddings. It was a wedding weekend way beyond our wildest dreams- Bunny Hill is the absolute perfect venue and the team are just wonderful.

The venue is absolutely amazing

I don’t actually know how to begin, from the moment we pulled up and walked into the barn we knew we would get married here. The venue is absolutely amazing and the whole team (special shout out to Lucy) are all the best at what they do, we felt nothing but support from Lucy and the team throughout our wedding journey, no question or problem was to little or to big, we actually feel like Lucy became our friend and we can’t thank her enough for how Lucy handled our special day.

Nothing short of spectacular

Absolutely thrilled with our wedding experience, thanks to our incredible wedding coordinator, James Li and team and the breathtaking venue! The venue itself is nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in a picturesque location, it provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The elegant décor, lush outdoor area, and stunning accommodation created an enchanting atmosphere that left our guests in awe with many of them not wanting to go home! We know we picked the best

No other venue made us feel as welcomed and as special as Bunny Hill did and we knew the minute we got out of the car that this was the venue for us. When we arrived at the venue the day before our wedding, we were made to feel like VIPs. This feeling continued right up until we drove away (very reluctantly!) on the Sunday morning. Nothing was too much trouble. We beam with pride whenever anyone raves about the venue as we know we picked the best.

I couldn’t have dreamed of a nicer place

I couldn’t have dreamed of a nicer place to get married than at Bunny Hill Weddings. We fell in love with a place from the very first time we saw it and from then on it only got better. The staff were great at keeping in touch and helped us to plan the most amazing weekend for us and our family and friends. Sallyanne and all the staff were very accommodating. So many guest were saying this being one of the best weddings they have attended and bunny hill weddings were a big part of it ❤️

Describe the best wedding that happened at Bunny Hill Weddings?

This would have to be our daughter's wedding. When we couldn't find a Yorkshire barn that ticked all the boxes we decided to convert our old grain barn. We were only intending to spruce it up but we got seriously carried away. Being able to host our daughter's wedding from home was extremely hard work but so rewarding. We like to provide a home from home feel for all our couples. A warm welcome, friendly staff and the facilities of a boutique hotel in one place to share with your loved ones over three days.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Spend your budget wisely on the things that really matter to you as a couple. Don’t pay for things that don’t matter to you just because you thing it’s expected.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

A game of Mr & Mrs played after the speeches. The room was filled with laughter, it lightened the mood and set the tone for an evening of fun.
