Situated on the edge of the Wolds, Bunny Hill is a modern barn with a high-end luxury interior. A peaceful and private location with stunning grounds and woodland perfect for your photographs. There's luxury accommodation for up to 35 guests including a wedding suite with Jacuzzi and accessible options should you have guests with additional needs. Operating much like a boutique hotel, you'll have everything they need in-house including catering and bar services as well as on-the-day coordination, and a friendly front-of-house team. We offer weddings all year round with a licence for civil weddings indoors and out.

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

This would have to be our daughter's wedding. When we couldn't find a Yorkshire barn that ticked all the boxes we decided to convert our old grain barn. We were only intending to spruce it up but we got seriously carried away. Being able to host our daughter's wedding from home was extremely hard work but so rewarding. It's given us a venue to share with you that has that family run personal feel. Being purpose built for our daughters wedding, there has been no expense spared and so much attention to detail and love put into creating the perfect venue.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Spend your budget wisely on the things that really matter to you as a couple. If you don't eat cake, don't buy a cake, think of an alternative option that really reflects your personality as a couple. We're loving seeing Champagne towers and of course cheese towers, we've even had a pork pie cake.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

As we offer so much freedom and flexibility, we've seen lots. The most memorable tend to be outdoors, we've had a shooting range, a rodeo bull, llamas and even a helicopter.

Sunset shots amidst the woodland adorned with festoon lights is the iconic image at Bunny Hill.

Our couples will always be the celebrities on their wedding day, whoever they are.

Steak pie with a side of ale served in a mini Steiner.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Wood fired pizza with a choice of toppings.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

Our cool mezzanine lounge. You choose what's on draught, hand pick the tunes, then relax with your friends and family in your very own bar whilst keeping an eye on who's throwing the shapes on the dance floor below.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

As a small family run business we are most proud of the personal relationship the team share with each of our couples. A friendly helping hand along with guidance and expertise is what every couple needs to relax and enjoy their time with us.
