Built in 1736, it has been a brothel, a gambling and drinking den, and no doubt its walls have many stories to tell. It’s a Bohemian and eclectic private member’s club that hosts intimate weddings. It’s packed full of eclectic artwork, blue plaques, and antique furniture. Everything could be held at the venue, and the whole building is yours for the day. We loved everything about the club. The look, the location, the open fires and the fact that Gordon sat us down for a chat and offered us a drink rather than rushing us around and kicking us out! One of the most important things to us was the day felt totally relaxed.It was the third venue we looked. We decided immediately that the Union Club in Soho was perfect for what we wanted. Everything could be held at the venue, and the whole building is yours for the day. We loved everything about the club. The look, the location, the open fires and the fact that Gordon sat us down for a chat and offered us a drink rather than rushing us around and kicking us out! One of the most important things to us was the day felt totally relaxed.

I hope we didn't overstay our welcome, a reflection of the comfortable hard-to-leave bon homie exuded by the club. Our friends said you were so helpful in the morning and getting everything set up. The idea to have the reception out on the terrace was inspired and I think it just made the day so thank you for that. The food was amazing, the booze was flowing and everyone commented on your staff and the venue generally. So thank you again, we're so pleased to have been able to have one of the best days of our lives in your club.
