Perfect day from start to finish. Helen was very helpful, answered emails and queries promptly. Great food,beautiful room.loved every minute. ♥️

From the moment I went to ask about booking a wedding till the actual day helen was amazing nothing was any trouble. She really went above and beyond for us and made are day so special and run with out any hitch’s. The venue is self looked amazing and was even better than we could imagine. I would definitely recommend the royal hotel to anyone.

Honestly if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Everything from the food to the price was astounding. Our wedding coordinator (Helen) who works for the hotel, was beyond fantastic. She helped us every step of the way and dealt with every single request we had without any issue or hesitation. She honestly made us and our wedding feel like the only one she's ever done! The whole experience working with the hotel to the big day itself was nothing other than perfection.

Helen the wedding co-ordinater was fantastic and helped us throughout planning of our wedding at The Royal. No job was too small and she even put our wedding cake together on the morning of the wedding so we could have time for some fresh air! Her and her team on the day we're so helpful and made everything go smoothly to make our day so special. The ceremony room and ballroom were just beautiful and looked amazing at Christmas time. Helen was absolutely amazing with organising our wedding, she went above and beyond to make sure the day went exactly how we planned. I don't live in Scarborough (although I was born there and my family are there, hence why we chose there) and Helen was always available whenever I needed her. The venue was out of this world and was everything we'd hoped for and more.

We booked our hotel in 2021 for 30.9.23. Throughout the last 2 years Helen from the Royal hotel was been absolutely amazing. The work Helen and the team put in for our special day was truly amazing. We choose afternoon tea and all we can say was WOW. The buffet on the evening amazing! I cannot thank everyone at the royal enough for what they did for us!

My experience regarding, The Royal hotel; was really good Helen the wedding planner was always on call and eager to help. I can't compliment her enough for what she gave us on the day. If your looking to get married in Scarborough I would strongly advise The Royal. The only issues came from the night staff, they took the food away a little early and a lot of people hadn't had chance to eat, including myself! But this could of been dealt with I was just so busy I didn't get chance to speak with t

We booked an appointment to see Helen the wedding coordinator and to have a look around the hotel. From that moment on I had a fabulous experience. Communication with Helen was spot on, nothing too much trouble. The big day itself was just perfect, the staff, the food, the ceremony, the reception. Everything went so well and exceeded our expectations thankyou Helen and team xx.

Helen made my day to remember I couldn't of asked for a better planner everything was so perfect and even more then I could have imagined. She went above and beyond for me.
