She listened to what we wanted and added her own knowledge and ideas aswell. She kept in touch throughout , and on the day itself, she made everything run smoothly , all the staff worked very hard and made everyone feel special. I wish I can relive that day! We chose the silver menu, which was absolutely perfect, all the guests were raving about the food! I highly recommend this beautiful venue and Helen as a fantastic wedding organizer!From the moment of first meeting Helen, we knew we had made the right choice of venue. Helen is the perfect wedding coordinator who responds quickly to anything you ask. Buffet food was lovely and beautifully set out. Sadly the hot food let us down slightly,but was beautifully presented.Beautiful bride & groom room good size but not the best view. However once you step outside or on the terrace I can assure you the view is stunning. Guests also stayed at the hotel but cleanliness was a let down in certain rooms. I would highly recommend Helen at the Royal to anyone getting married,the staircase is a beautiful entrance and perfect wedding choice. The staff were absolutely brilliant on the day, the place looked even more amazing all decorated for the wedding and for Christmas! Helen the events/wedding Coordinator couldn't have been more helpful right from day one. It was the perfect day! Thank you We ended up just having our wedding reception here but it was a tough decision to make not to have the whole ceremony here as it's such a stunning place. The staff were absolutely brilliant on the day, the place looked even more amazing all decorated for the wedding and for Christmas!
