If you choose to get married here the Main Hall, Council Chamber and the garden are all licenced. The Main Hall at The Queen’s Hall offers flexible seating options: up to 120 guests for a formal wedding breakfast or 180-200 guests for a buffet-style meal. Whether you choose a sit-down meal, a buffet, or even a hog roast in the garden, you are free to select your own caterers. Your caterers will have full access to our well-equipped catering kitchen to help bring your culinary vision to life. At The Queen’s Hall, you can also personalize the space to suit your style. Choose your own florists and decorate both the hall and garden as you envision. Whether you decide to bring in an event organizer or take charge of the details yourself, the venue offers a blank canvas. Our team is here to help, sharing inspiration and ideas from our portfolio of previous weddings to ensure your day is as unique as you are. Exclusive Hire and Pricing: Exclusive hire is available on Saturdays only (with limited availability weekdays in August). Total booking fee for weddings: £1,300.00 (all day until midnight, and the following day until 12:00 PM). A £350 booking deposit is required. Additional cost for a Civil Wedding Ceremony: £250.00. Friday decoration options: Half-day £80, Full-day £160. Winter Wedding Discount: We offer a 25% discount for weddings held in January, February, and March.

Jane was incredibly helpful when we had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid. It's a great blank canvas and gives you amazing flexibility in terms of decoration and catering. It's also got great character when compared to other venues in a similar price range. The hall provides a great blank canvas to decorate as you wish; it is already a stunning hall (not just a 'bog standard village hall') but putting your own stamp on it brings it to life. We used bunting, lights, flowers and signs to fill the space. The garden was perfect for our hog roast caterers to use. We also used the recreation ground for photos. Important tip; remember the sound system cuts out if the volume gets too loud! This only happened to us once, thankfully! We had approx 70 day guests and 120 evening guests - the hall was plenty big enough for these numbers. Jane and Paul are very helpful and quick to reply to any queries.
