The Phene is a wonderful place to celebrate your event. With a heritage stretching back to 1853, the Phene has evolved into a Chelsea institution and a unique venue in London focusing on providing quality food and drink in a relaxed and luxurious setting. Our Oakley Room is fully licenced for wedding ceremonies of up to 36 guests, or being just 5-minutes walk from Cheslea Old Town Hall we make the perfect reception venue. Our team are here to support you with every decision before the big day. Our little black book is bursting with contacts, so we are more than happy to recommend cake makers, florists, photographers and the finishing touches like party favours or balloons. We manage the whole day, from setting up the room until after the guests go home. Our team are here to ensure you can relax and enjoy your special day. We have no hire fee at the Phene, only a minimum spend requirement, meaning more of your budget can go towards the food and drink for your guests. Our menus are bursting with fresh and seasonal ingredients, with a range of catering options available, from a choice of set menus, to canapes or bowl food. In the run up to your wedding our events team will be on hand to help you choose the perfect food and drink options for your special day. Here at the Phene we pride ourselves on being able to make your day a memorable one, and we will happily cater for any dietary requirements that you may have.

We got married in August, on the King's Road and had our reception at The Phene. From the moment we made enquiries the staff at The Phene went above and beyond. Our day was perfect! Exactly how I imagined and hoped. We had a intimate, simple beautiful wedding, and The Phene made that happen. All of our guests mentioned how great the staff, the food and the venue was. We are really happy we chose The Phene to host our wedding reception. The staff were helpful right from the start in helping to ensure the event was just as we wanted. The Oakley Room was beautifully arranged on the day, the canapes were excellent, and the superb Chapel Down 'Three Graces' was kept flowing to rave reviews from our guests! Thank you to all at The Phene who helped to make our special day just that.We are really happy we chose The Phene to host our wedding reception. The staff were helpful right from the start in helping to ensure the event was just as we wanted. The Oakley Room was beautifully arranged on the day, the canapes were excellent, and the superb Chapel Down 'Three Graces' was kept flowing to rave reviews from our guests! We had our wedding celebration at The Phene this weekend following a ceremony at Chelsea Old Town Hall. Everything was perfect, from the champagne tea in the Oakley Room, to the cocktails served in the lovely garden and dinner served later in the evening. The staff were charming and helpful and worked really really hard to ensure all our guests were looked after and made to feel special all night long. The food was delicious and we have had so much good feedback from our hard to please guests. There is not one thing we would have done differently.We had our wedding celebration at The Phene this weekend following a ceremony at Chelsea Old Town Hall. We are really glad we chose the Phene for our wedding on a Sunday! The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing and most importantly, the team in the Phene did an excellent job in making sure everything went well on our special day! Special thanks for Dani for her great effort in helping with the planning, Wellington and Alex (and a few others whose names I didn't have a chance to ask), Ben for overseeing and Francesca for helping! They They went more than an extra mile to bring our wedding party to the next level. Really impressed with their dedication.❤️❤️❤️ This is a great hidden gem and we will come back for other celebration or just casual dinners.We are really glad we chose the Phene for our wedding on a Sunday! I had my wedding reception at the Phene this weekend and I can't recommend the venue enough. Despite putting on another wedding earlier that day, everything was beautifully pulled together and ran according to plan - how they manage it I'll never know! We had 38 guests which was the perfect size for the recently renovated and tastefully decorated, Oakley Room. Dani, our events manager was hands on and went above and beyond to help with all the details on the day. The suppliers she recommended for after parties and flowers were spot on. And, the food and service on the day was outstanding. Thanks to the whole team for making our day so special!I had my wedding reception at the Phene this weekend and I can't recommend the venue enough. Recommended at short notice to check out The Phene by a friend, we weren’t disappointed. Beautiful location in Chelsea with the bright eclectic ambience of the Oakley Room offered relaxed private dining, and easygoing event organisation by Dani went smoothly. Great menu with guests preordering online and special dietary needs/requests taken care of. The friendly and attentive Wellington did a grand job overseeing the service of everything from canapés & drinks to meals and desserts. The house cheesecake is to die for..!! What a great place! We celebrated our wedding reception in the Phene on the 1st of June, had canapes and bubbles on the reserved area in the garden and then moved to the room on the first floor for dinner. We were a party of 27 and all enjoyed the delicious food and great service, special mention to Wellington, very professional and attentive, nothing too much trouble and always ahead of our needs, he conducted the event extremely well. he was also great during the food tasting few weeks before and gave us great recommendations. He made our special date Unique! Many thanks to Wellington and all the staff in the Phene! OscarWhat a great place!
