The Osborne Hotel, Torquay

Fantastic day! Haidee was incredible at getting everything arranged and sorted for us! Start to finish, everything was well led, bedroom was huge, perfect for getting ready! Great quality food with the buffet we had, everything was handled brilliantly! Haidee helped create an amazing day! X

Had a lovely stay at the Osborne Hotel, booked a family room for myself my wife & son. The room was very spacious and bathroom was sparkling clean. The hotel in general had a resort feel with outdoor pool and scenic Seaview, it did help that we had nice summer weather, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the lady who cleaned our room was also amazing and very helpful

We have just had our wedding here and also stayed for 4 nights. All the staff were lovely, went above and beyond to make it the most perfect day, the rooms were clean, house keeping team came everyday to our room and was fantastic and also very friendly. The food was also amazing. This really is top hotel, one of the best we have stayed in.

Just home from our wedding, what a weekend. The whole thing ran like clockwork - a magical experience. Massive thanks to all the staff who were amazing, but a special mention to Jason, Haydee and Jessica- who probably holds the world record for most espresso martinis made in a weekend .

The Osbourne was an absolutely stunning place to have our wedding and we luckily had gorgeous weather too! We had our wedding outside and it was perfect, the views are breath taking. Every member of staff was lovely, the food was amazing. No complaints from anyone. My huge thank you goes to Haidee, she went above and beyond for me. There was no question she couldn’t answer or a problem she couldn’t solve. She helped me out so much and was there day and night for anything that I needed leading up to the big day. Thank you to everyone!!!

After postponing a couple of times on Saturday we had the perfect day. Lisa was excellent and always responded to my numerous emails prior to the day. We had 30 guests including us, we had our ceremony on the terrace underneath the new gazebo. The food was wonderful and everyone enjoyed their meal. It was the perfect setting and we couldn't have wished for anything more.

The amazing team at The Osborne Hotel went above and beyond to make our day so special. All our guests were so in love with the scenery, accommodation and the staff. Haidee and the team are truly brilliant and didn’t fail to take our dream wedding to the next level. Everything from the food to the decor and dealing with things that I forgot to organise, they deserve more than just 5 stars. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know. The Osborne Hotel/team hold a special place in our hearts always.

My wife and I just wanted to say thank you to the wedding team staff and the hotel wedding coordinator - Haidee. The reception looked amazing and we're very impressed with how everything turned out. We also loved the food. The canapes tasted great and the sit-down food tasted better than we first tasted it which we're very surprised about. In addition, from our perspective, everything was handled very smoothly and because of it, our guests, family, and ourselves had a really great time. It was a pleasure working with you and good luck on your future weddings!
