Exposed heavy oak beams, a high open-vaulted ceiling, exposed stonework, flagstone floors and contemporary full-height windows allow a flood of natural warm light and combine to create a stunning venue for all styles of weddings and celebration.
The timeless and natural aesthetic of the barn lends itself to any number of décor ideas, enabling you or your wedding planner to really let the imagination run wild.
The main doors open out to the sheltered and landscaped south facing private courtyard, and an impressive cluster of mature Beech trees overlook from the southwest boundary with the horses looking out from their stable windows form the distant backdrop.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A recent bride brought along her border terrier puppy, which created many natural charming & fun photo's with many comic memories being made.

Rustic, Romantic, Relaxed, Scenic, Intimate
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We have too many too mention so it depends on your taste. From stunning rolling hills as the backdrop in our wild flower meadows, to woodlands, pond scenes & archway shots. That's before you head onto the farm yard and take advantage of the hay barn, farming machinery or some pretty photogenic animals too.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
I'm not sure you'd say he's a celebrity, but Katherine's husband Nigel Hawke is a Grand National Winning Jockey & Successful Racehorse Trainer.
What’s your favourite canapé?
Its too hard to choose, but each of our local suppliers do a delicious selection, using local and seasonal produce
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Katherine's (our owner) current favourite midnight treat is to make toasted marsh mellows around the firepit to make S'mores.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
We have a few, I would have to go with the stunning scenery & privacy. Although as a guest you may enjoy that we don't charge corkage and can go unplugged at midnight and carry on the party all night if you wish!
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We are incredibly proud of the venue we have created. Beautiful enough on it's own, it is also the perfect blank canvas to create your dream wedding. The space we have created in exclusively yours for the duration. We feel passionately about our guests tailor making their weddings exactly as they want with no restrictions from us.
