Our beautiful terrace provides an unforgettable setting for your ceremony, with panoramic views along the North Devon coastline, towards Lundy Island and even across to Wales on a clear day.

Exchange your vows outdoors beneath our wooden gazebo with the sea behind you, or choose our contemporary indoor ceremony space.

Huge bi-fold doors bring the outside in, so even if the British weather has other ideas, you can still enjoy those incredible coastal views while saying “I do”.

We also have more than 400m² of covered outdoor space, giving you plenty of flexibility throughout the day without losing the feeling of an outdoor coastal wedding.

Your Own Corner of the North Devon Coast

One of the things that makes a wedding here particularly special is that Tunnels Beaches isn't simply somewhere your guests arrive, sit down and leave again.

There's a whole coastline to enjoy.

Between the ceremony and celebrations, guests can wander through the historic tunnels, discover the coves and beaches, enjoy a drink overlooking the water and watch the changing light across the Atlantic.

As evening arrives, the sunsets can be spectacular.

Then it's back inside for the evening celebrations, with reception spaces, bars and terraces all onsite — and a 1am licencegiving you plenty of time on the dance floor.

And yes, we're dog friendly too, including our onsite accommodation, so your four-legged family members can be part of the celebrations.

Make a Weekend of It

Why limit the celebrations to a single day?

Tunnels Beaches has four large luxury self-catering houses onsite, with 34 en-suite bedrooms between them.

That means you can have many of your favourite people staying with you, turning your wedding into a proper get-together rather than everyone disappearing to different hotels at the end of the night.

Spend the evening before your wedding together, wake up onsite on the big day and catch up over breakfast the following morning.

For the adventurous, you can even start your wedding morning with a sea swim from our private beach, subject to the tide!

Designed With Your Guests in Mind

Although Tunnels Beaches is built into the cliffs, accessibility has been carefully considered.

The historic tunnels leading to the venue are paved and gently sloping, while the main building has lift access to all floors and facilities for wheelchair users.

This means guests of different ages and levels of mobility can experience this extraordinary setting together.
