From the moment we arrived, Lynn and Mark made us feel completely at ease—like we were in the best possible hands. Their kindness and effort went far beyond what we ever expected. Mark generously paid for our breakfast the next morning and covered our first drink, just as a thoughtful surprise to help us start our new chapter on a high note. And when we had a last-minute cancellation that couldn’t be changed or refunded, Lynn went out of her way to send a bottle of Prosecco to our room and added extra wine to the table. Those little gestures meant so much to us and truly showed how much they care about their couples. Not only were Lynn and Mark amazing, but the entire staff was incredible—so friendly, professional, and just genuinely lovely. The bar staff were especially brilliant—funny, welcoming, and kept the good vibes going all night. Every single person we interacted with made the day feel joyful and stress-free. And of course, the wedding itself was absolutely stunning. The venue looked beautiful, every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we were constantly hearing from guests about how perfect everything was. If you’re looking for a venue run by people who genuinely care and go the extra mile to make your day unforgettable, this is it. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
We have lots of requests from couples which we try our best to fulfill. One element we are never able to guarantee is the British weather, especially snow. So when one of our brides pleaded to have snow we said of course it wasn't guaranteed. The day started sunny which we were thankful for however just as the bride was walking down the isle the snow started and created a white winter wonderland for her day. The pictures look amazing and she was thrilled.
