Entrust your intimate soiree up to grand scale entertaining to The In & Out Club which is beautifully located on a private corner of St James’s Square, London. Licensed to host both Civil Ceremonies, Partnership and celebrations up to 200 for members or non-members. The Club provides a magnificent venue offering an impressive range of grand rooms for a variety of occasions from an intimate dinner, elaborate reception to your big day, we’ll make certain your celebration is truly memorable. Your dedicated events manager together with our experienced banqueting staff will guide you effortlessly from the initial planning stages through to the day.
Offering an array of luxurious rooms filled with history, large windows, beautiful paintings, sparkling chandeliers, sweeping staircases, double height ceilings and spectacular fireplaces leading out to a secluded outdoor Courtyard which is a sheer delight for taking scenic photographs, alfresco soirées and receptions. The other distinctive privileges we can offer you are private access to the stunning adjacent St James Square gardens which make a spectacular setting for photographs and the option of a late license so you can enjoy the dancefloor longer! Then to continue your celebrations you can enjoy the opulence of reserving additional bedrooms for your guests to enjoy or spend your special night in our luxury bridal suite.

All in all, a magical experience!With regards to the wedding reception it was wonderful but to make it easier I’ll list the hits and misses: HIT: The In and Out –it is outstanding, every guest thought it was akin to attending a royal event and thought the champagne reception starting straight as they arrived was great as there weren’t standing around waiting for the Gareth and I to arrive. HIT: Security was on-point at the door and coat check was fantastic. HIT: I appreciated that the staff allowed myself and my bridesmaids to take over the coffee room the night before to decorate and in the morning to check everything was in the right place. MISS: We would’ve really liked tables and more chairs in the room where the dance floor was as a number of guests were sitting by the windows with no chairs. MISS: Guests had no idea they had access to the Canning Room (I think that was the one) to have a seat while the Champagne reception was on-going. There are ample seats in there and a number of our elderly guests would’ve been excited to know there was another space to use. It wasn’t until Gareth and I told guests and instructed our bridemaids and groomsmen to let people know they were allowed to go in there. Also that guests would’ve had access to a cash bar for other drinks rather than champagne. HIT: Staff was very attentive to anything we needed to have done in a moments notice HIT: THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE. I have never been to a wedding where guests ate everything off their plates. Everything tasted extraordinary. All dietary requirements and allergies were considered and nothing went array which was fantastic. (One little MISS: my brother left the head table before he got to eat his chocolate desert to have a look at the wedding cake and chat with some friends – when he came back the head table was cleared.. but that was his fault for leaving it there too long 😊 ). HIT: the dancefloor was a dream, but as I mentioned it would’ve been nice to have tables and chairs in that big room so people could enjoy the cheese and fruit table and drinks sitting down watching the dancing. All in all, it was a magical experience and I can’t believe we pulled it together, all out guests said it was the most elegant, happy and fun wedding they have ever been to.
