The House of Gray, Silverwood Resort's sister venue, is a striking Baronial Queen Anne-style mansion set on 20 acres of historic grounds. Originally constructed in the early 18th century by the 10th Lord of Gray following his purchase of the Benvie Estate, The House of Gray remains one of Dundee’s most recognisable and important historical buildings. Now under the ownership of Silverwood Resorts, restoration plans are well underway to return the House of Gray to its former glory and save this A-Listed building from its high risk status.
The house is set to accommodate 80 guests with an indoor ceremony area, event space, bridal dressing room and cocktail bar.
Weddings have been booked to take place on the property as soon as Summer 2026 and we are anticipated to become Dundee’s most prestigious venue for events, dining and private functions.
