The Main Hall seamlessly transforms from a ceremony space to your wedding breakfast and evening reception; with the Upper Gallery offering additional seating with a unique bird's-eye view. For more intimate gatherings, the characterful Lower Gallery, with its original flagstone floor, provides the perfect setting for relaxed dining, evening entertainment and dancing long into the night.
Our talented in-house chefs create bespoke menus using the finest seasonal ingredients, many sourced directly from our own 100-acre farm in the Welsh mountains. From elegant three-course feasts to relaxed sharing boards and barbecues, every menu is thoughtfully designed around your celebration.

From initial discussions to service on the day I cannot fault the team nor the food. So many of our guests commented on the quality and portions of all three courses and the evening buffet. Hay itself is obviously blooming brilliant and our guests loved a chance to explore it! We stayed in the Globe's cottage next door which was cosy and super convenient.
