Here at The Shack Revolution, we're not your typical wedding venue. We stand out in Hereford with our unique blend of complete flexibility in a casual, laid-back setting. Our urban and stylish venue is adorned with Instagram-famous monochrome graphic walls, lush greenery, exposed brick, and industrial features, creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop for your special day.
The Shack Revolution is the ideal choice for intimate, casual, and laid-back weddings. But we're not just about the quiet moments-we can also host a wild, fun party. As a blank canvas venue, we empower you to design the day of your dreams. There are no rules and no 'shoulds'—just your unique vision brought to life!
We have space for food trucks and a professional kitchen for your choice of caterers. The bar is fully stocked, with a signature cocktail list, IPAs, wines, bubbly, and spirits from local distilleries as well as global favourites.
At The Shack Revolution, our top priority is to ensure our couples feel supported and heard. We're committed to providing fast communication and as many visits as you need during the planning stage. On the big day, our team of wedding experts comes together to ensure everything runs smoothly, with a big smile and a can-do attitude. You have complete freedom to customise your wedding how you’d like it, within a super cool industrial style venue. All of our guests commented on how they loved the venue. Firstly staff were all super friendly and helpful, both in the lead up to and on the day. Jacob in particular stood out as we wanted a champagne tower, he tested it for us, ordered enough classes and made it happen on the day! It was the perfect size for us, we had about 90 day and 120 evening guests. My only regret was not paying for the additional later hour and for the clear up service at the end as I wanted the day / night to last forever!We had our wedding at Shack in July 2023 and it was incredible. Firstly staff were all super friendly and helpful, both in the lead up to and on the day. Jacob in particular stood out as we wanted a champagne tower, he tested it for us, ordered enough classes and made it happen on the day! It couldn’t have gone better, everything was seamless and smooth and just a fantastic day to remember. Thank you for super organisation but also keeping it fun and relaxed on the day! The team were amazing, from Leanne and Charlotte with the initial planning and Jacob and his team in the lead up to and on the day - the whole day went super smooth, even with a raging storm outside! Being able to choose our own suppliers meant that we were able to have the day of our dreams and everyone at the shack helped everything come together perfectly. We had so many comments afterwards about how cool the venue is. We would recommend to anyone looking for something a bit different! We can’t fault the whole process. We felt so relaxed about the venue during the planning stage and knew that we were in safe hands and that we’d chosen to right venue despite living in London. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
It's incredibly difficult to answer this, as genuinely every wedding is so unique and amazing. LGBTQ+ weddings have been very important to us as a business. We've had dinosaur, punk rock and super colourful weddings. We've had dogs at the ceremony, fire breathing acts in the courtyard and multiple dance off's. But we've also had simple, classic and beautiful weddings.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Be authentic. Don't choose anything to make anyone else happy, it's about YOU! Make sure your wedding reflects the uniqueness of your relationship.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A couple had a mini version of The Shack Revolution's pink and red ceremony arches on top of their cake!

The layout of The Shack Revolution is pretty unique. We have lots of different spaces, all with their own character and charm, yet it still flows and feels cohesive.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
The team, because without such a hardworking, dedicated, friendly and energetic team we'd be nothing.
