Stylishly furnished, the luxurious rooms at The Dilly feature private bathrooms with bathrobes and cozy slippers.
The Dilly is just 10 minutes walk from the shops of Oxford Street and Bond Street, while Piccadilly Circus is less than a 5-minute walk. Leicester Square and Covent Garden can both be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
The Health Club at The Dilly has a steam room, and guests can exercise in the state-of-the-art gym, squash court, and the magnificent indoor pool. The Dilly also features a dance studio available for private hire or dance lessons.
Terrace at The Dilly restaurant has an outdoor terrace overlooking Piccadilly. Afternoon tea is also served here with child-friendly menus for the whole family to enjoy.
Experience the flavours of India at Madhu's restaurant located in the hotel's Oak Room.

- SSanderson Family21/04/2022Excellent serviceExcellent serviceAs an independent travel agent, I have stayed in some gorgeous London hotels, The Dilly certainly comes towards the top of the list in terms of service, location, food & drink and overall experience. I travelled with my two children (12 & 11) for a 2 night stay in the capital, minus my husband as he is working away. Prior to arrival, the hotel made contact with me to express their pleasure of welcoming us for our upcoming stay. I pre-booked a slot for me and my girls to swim at The Dilly Pool, which was really easy to do and was really fun for the children. The communication was really excellent and I felt like a really important guest before we’d even arrived (which I’m not! It’s just how they communicated was really lovely!). Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the front desk and our room (Dilly Splendid room) was ready for us even tho we had arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time. The welcome we received at the front desk was excellent and on entering our room, we had some yummy treats waiting for us, which was very much appreciated (especially by the girls!). The room was spacious enough, with plenty of room for the three of us even tho we had a roll-out bed. The decor is modern, with a very classic London theme, which I really liked! The bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries, bathrobes for each of us and a really great shower! Breakfast served in the Terrace restaurant the following morning was excellent, serving a self-serve continental and cooked breakfast with the option to order whatever you chose from the kitchen - I had poached eggs with wholemeal toast, which were perfect! My girls loved the vast selection of breads, spreads and fresh fruit. Unfortunately, my 12 year old was taken poorly on the second evening, the front desk and concierge were just wonderful and made sure we were well stocked with everything we needed, with the offer of a doctor if required. We were able to stay in our room after check-out to avoid having to take her to wait at Kings Cross station when she was so poorly. I am so grateful to everyone that helped and made sure we were well looked after throughout the night. Thank you so much to all. Upon check-out, the front desk staff were super-kind and really did care about how my daughter was feeling and that we’d had a wonderful stay despite the illness. The concierge helped us to a cab and took our luggage for us, which was just so kind. We really did have a wonderful stay at The Dilly, we will certainly return in the future, with my husband in tow too! We love this venue.Simply love the Dilly for it’s perfect location ( Oxford & Regent streets, the theatres and restaurants) but also for it’s atmosphere and sumptuous decor 🤗 The rooms are generous and well appointed with great air con. Would hope for one of the more refurbished family rooms next time but we were still happy, huge room, and lovely old building in the heart of Picadilly Circus. Not only did they indulge us with a couple of ice buckets (which cooled down the room temp bottles of water we had and helped me ice my arthritic knee after walking all day) but they came to fix/replace our TV. Which turned out to be a big memory for my little one: watching British cartoons while talking about our day. They even found me scissor and a screwdriver to make sure my son could play with his toys from Hamley’s instead of having to bring them all the way home first. The pool was a great way to start the morning! We were very sad to leave the cozy beds and would definitely stay here again.I don’t often write reviews, but the service we had at The Dilly was above and beyond. - EEllie Pope21/04/2022Lovely day. Lovely day.I booked the Peter rabbit afternoon tea for me and my mum for Mother’s Day. We had a wonderful time with excellent service provided by Natalie. They even did special touches with a complimentary cake at the end and hand painted chocolates for my mum to take home. Event depart (Kitti) is lovely, the reception team are so incredibly welcoming & the restaurant was lovely. Our waiter was perfect and so attentive (I want to say his name was serge I can’t quite remember). To top off our experience the food was amazing and the chef came out to talk to us which was so lovely! The dinner and service gave us the final decision on whether to book our wedding and we did! I can’t wait to host my wedding.Had dinner at this hotel following a wedding venue show round. We have so many! From our rooftop over looking Piccadilly Circus, to the entrance hall with personalised lighting, to the Terrace balcony, to the pool, squash courts of dance studio! Whatever you fancy, we will make it happen (apart from flying elephants, this one might not be possible!)
