Description
The Barn is set on a beautiful farm in the Bedfordshire Countryside, we offer civil Ceremonies for up 150 guests, we can offer up to 150/200 for a civil ceremony if using our marquee/tipi space to hold your wedding breakfast in. We can accommodate 150 for a seated wedding breakfast or 150 guests but 3 tables will be set slightly round a corner. Total number of evening guests 200.
The Barn comes with 15 x round tables seat 10 guests + a top table & 150 chivari lime wash chairs, chandelier & internal lighting, bar and bar fridges, catering space, toilets and all power, use of the lawns for 1 hour for photos with the option for Glamping overnight upon request. We are a NO corkage venue until 6.30pm and a pay bar will resume from 7pm - 11.30pm.
We work with preferred caterers who offer a wide range of venues from 2/3 course sit down wedding breakfast, hog roast, BBQ's, Pizza & anti pasti, gourmet burgers, sharing boards and more... we work on a commission basis will ALL caterers, there is an option to supply your own caterers please upon request.
Access to the venue from 10am on the day and 12am finish. You can hire the venue over a weekend Friday - Sunday price upon request.

It is so close to major transport routes (Only 40 mins from London), but you wouldn't know it when you get there. It really takes you away from the daily grind to really help you focus on special day. Sarah was fantastic to deal with. Even on the day itself, she was there to ensure the day went smoothly but you didn't even notice her there. If you want a warm, inviting space and high level service to match, then the Barn is your place.The Barn is a wonderful venue to create such a special day.
