Located in 40 acres of stunning grounds and meadow at the edge of St Leonard's Forest, near Horsham in West Sussex, Roffey Park Institute is an exclusive venue that will cater to all your needs. We are fully licensed for civil ceremonies and can provide a bespoke menu that caters to all dietary requirements. We take pride in our personalised approach, and Polly, myself, and the hospitality team will be with you every step of the way. At Roffey Park Institute, we offer a range of packages that can be tailored to your requirements. Our Rob Hudson Suite is licensed for civil ceremonies, and you can host your reception in one of our two restaurants - The Sieff or Orangery. Your guests can retire to one of our 60 bedrooms and take advantage of our leisure facilities. We have a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi for you and your guests to relax and unwind. We offer exquisite fine dining, wedding breakfasts, informal buffets, and barbeques to suit your needs. Our in-house chefs will create a bespoke menu just for you, or you can choose from our selection of delicious menus. Our lounge and bar area are perfect for dancing the night away! We understand that your wedding day is all about you, which is why we organise all our weddings on an exclusive-use basis. You and your guests will be the only ones here on the day, ensuring complete privacy and an unforgettable experience.

I was born in the Canary Islands where hospitality and tourism is our main industry and that is where I got my passion for. I moved to England at the age of 17 and have been working in Hospitality since 2003. In all those years of experience, I have worked in all areas from washing up at a wedding, to serving and ending up managing and planning it so I have seen it all. My main objective in life is to make people happy and I feel that working in Hospitality is the right place.

What a wonderful experience when we attended my brother's wedding on 24th September. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown to a beautiful room which was spotlessly clean. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful and the food was amazing. We attended a wedding recently at Roffey Park. We were very impressed by the venue and the team who were running it. Everything was meticulously planned, the food was fantastic and the staff were amazing. They are obviously treated very well and enjoy where they work. A Wonderful Wedding WeekendA Wonderful Wedding Weekend
We recently had the pleasure of attending a Wedding weekend at Roffey Park, which was all absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The staff were very friendly,helpful & attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The setting was truly idyllic and the rooms were immaculate and stylish. The food was delicious and plentiful. The spa was a real luxury & added to the whole experience ! Thank you for looking after us in such a personal way and we would certainly come again.We recently had the pleasure of attending a Wedding weekend at Roffey Park, which was all absolutely fabulous from start to finish. We recently attended a wedding at Roffey Park Institute and the whole weekend from start to finish was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to look after us all. It’s such an amazing venue and the food was fantastic. Where to start. We had the pleasure of hosting our intimate wedding with a stay on the Friday night as well. From booking the venue over 2 years ago and a few postponements due to the pandemic Nigel, Jose and the team have been fantastic and went above and beyond with their service. This extended on to each and every member of staff over the weekend. All our guests were saying how fantastic the venue, food and staff had been.
