Putteridge Bury is situated in picturesque parkland on the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire border and is the perfect venue for your Wedding Reception. We can cater for up to 140 guests for your wedding breakfast and up to 200 guests for your evening celebrations. For the larger wedding the beautiful gardens are ideal for a marquee. Putteridge Bury is a neo-Elizabethan manor house built in 1911 in the style of Chequers. The grounds were redesigned by Edwin Lutyens and planted by Gertrude Jekyll. The reflecting pool and massive yew hedges provide a wonderful setting for your photographs. We reserve a private room for you to receive your guests and offer them a welcoming drink. Our dining room has its own dance floor along with mood lighting and is ideal for your evening party with live music of a disco. At Putteridge Bury we pride ourselves on knowing that your wedding day will be very special, full of wonderful memories for you and your family. Our reputation is first-class and we have all the ingredients to make your day a happy and successful one. Facilities are superior with impressive menus, fine wines and well-trained staff. We ensure that you receive individual attention. We have an excellent reputation for catering and can take care of the whole day for you. Or we can offer you the option of having a civil ceremony and photographs in our beautiful grounds. We now offer an all inclusive package for your wedding.

5*venue with a 5* service from every single person that works In Putteridge bury! Kayleigh our wedding organiser went above and beyond from the moment we walked in and stayed to the very end of our event to ensure we were happy! Our wedding was unbelievable and that was all because of the hard work all the staff did on the day to make it special. Grass freshly cut, clean, food was amazing! If your looking do hold any sort of event or visit this venue I suggest you do because you wont find better

Wow wow wow!

Gosh, where to begin! Kayleigh and her team went above and beyond every expectation from start to finish. The venue was just perfect, the attention to detail was outstanding, the food was exceptional, catering for all my guest's dietary requirements etc. Kayleigh made me feel really special on the day, checking I was ok and that I had a drink etc. It was just perfect and our guests all commented on how beautiful everything was. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
