As a venue, We will work with you, to create the wedding day you have dreamt of. The Victorian house brings history to our modern vibrant building, and our staff take pride in making your wedding a memory that you will treasure for always. Facilities and Capacity During the summer months, you can host licensed ceremonies in this hotel's gorgeous cared for gardens. Under a gazebo, you and your loved one can exchange vows and your guests watch on in joy. A fountain and bridge complete the garden's look and make for wonderful photo opportunities. Indoor ceremony options include the Lilli Suite, which overlooks the gardens and provides a modern yet stylish setting as you tie the knot. Once you're happily wed, you may host a drinks reception in the gardens, here, you can mingle with guests, sip on beverages, enjoy sumptuous canapes and watch as the sun sets on your magical day. Wedding breakfasts may then unfold in the intimate dining rooms, or the very elegant air-conditioned Conservatory Suite. Here, you will sit down and enjoy delicious homemade cuisine, using local produce where possible. There is an opportunity in the Conservatory Suite to carry your celebrations into the evening with entertainment if you wish. Accommodation Pontlands Park has 35 luxurious bedrooms for you and your guests to stay overnight. These rooms provide everything you need for a relaxing stay and a great night's sleep. This includes comfy bedding, an en-suite bathroom, and much more. Services Offered To assist with your wedding plans, our venue's team of professional, experienced staff will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. They will work closely with you to make sure you have the perfect day to look back on for many years. Our team will be on-site throughout your wedding so you can simply enjoy your unforgettable celebrations.

Your Wedding breakfast and evening reception can be held in our Conservatory suite, this room is perfect for 30-70 guests for a seated Wedding breakfast and up to 100 total evening guests. The room hosts its own bar, has an area for a DJ to set up leaving plenty of space for dancing. There is a room hire charge of £800.00 for bookings 12 months in advance, or £1600.00 for any date over 12 months prior.

- JJade & Kyle04/12/2025Its an incredible VenueIts an incredible VenueWe had the best day of our lives at Pontlands Park and i cannot thank the staff enough, from the moment we enquired about what we wanted to the actual day we couldn't have felt more looked after and the whole process was seamless! We wanted an outdoor Wedding which we got in the Gazebo on their lawns, with a backdrop of the lake followed by canapes some drinks and photos. The whole setting couldn't have been anymore perfect. We then had our meal in the Conservatory, again the team made everything stress free by coordinating this for us. The meal itself was delicious and all our guests also commented how amazing it was! Thank you to all the staff for everything!! We wanted something intimate for our Wedding and that's what we got. Our Ceremony outside in the gardens was beautiful and we have some amazing photos overlooking the pond. We had a private room for our Wedding meal and then some delicious grazing platters were served in the evening for us to finish the night off with a smaller group of our friends. All the food, staff and service couldn't have been any better. I really would recommend Pontlands Park to anyone wanting to get married. We both had an absolutely brilliant day, and our guests all had an amazing time! Honestly we could not have asked for better. Everyone was super complimentary about the food, one of my cousins even said it was the best wedding food he’d ever had! The whole day ran so smoothly, and the garden area and marquee were beautiful. The rooms we all stayed in were gorgeous (I’ve already said to Henry I want to stay again!).
