What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
It's always very touching when people find a way to include loved ones who can't be there - perhaps by including photos of them, or mentioning them in speeches. And there are also lots of fun touches that couples add - from having a signature cocktail, to using photos of each guest as a place name.

Where’s the best photo spot at Pangdean Old Barn?
We have so many wonderful photo spots - from the magical barn with its hundreds of twinkling fairy lights, to our stunning landscaped gardens with our 400 year old Mulberry Tree, full of blooms, flint walls and traditional agricultural buildings to the farm at sunset with views of the South Downs.

Many. But we don't kiss and tell!
What’s your favourite canapé?
Oooh there are many, but probably the maple cured Pangdean smoked salmon taco served with red pearl and cucumber salsa, and chipotle creme fraiche
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
We offer delicious and reasonable late night snacks all made by our talented chefs. 2023 was definitely the year of the pizza with 2024 proving popular for our new, fresh from the oven Focaccia, stuffed with: Parma ham, Taleggio cheese, slow roast tomatoes and basil, Roasted med vegetables and dolcelatte, Borlotti bean puree, gordal olives and ricotta with marjoram, chicken, pesto and sunblushed tomatoes or salami, babaganoush, crispy onions and red pepper salsa - it's as good as it sounds!
