We like to be totally transparent with our pricing and not bill you for little extras. You will have full access to our decorations and amenities - everything is included.

Total all in cost, with catering, drinks, exclusive hire and accommodation, starts at £10,525. This example is based on 25 guests as part of the ceremony and meal, with an additional 25 invited for the evening party in 2025. The breakdown of costs is shown below.

Exclusive use: Wedding setup & amenities - November 2025 = £5,200

One night Accommodation - 15x en-suite rooms (2pm+ check-out) = £2,250

Canapes (3 each) for 25 (£9pp) = £225

Drinks reception (1 prosecco per person) for 25 (£7.60pp) = £190

Table wine (0.5 bottles per person) for 25 (£10.40pp) = £260

Three cource plated reception meal for 25 (£72pp) = £1,800

Evening buffet for 50 in the evening with day guests (£12pp) = £600

McArthur Manor isn’t a venue that fits into boxes A, B or C, and if that’s what you’re looking for, we may not be the right match.

We'll adjust to your schedule to ensure every detail is meticulously planned, and once you've checked in, we’ll personally be on-site around the clock to support you. • McArthur Manor is fully equipped with everything you need - banquet furniture, decorations, and audio/visual equipment, all included at no extra cost, eliminating the need for external rentals and saving you time and hassle.  
• 15x ensuite bedrooms sleeping 33 plus additional children.
• Unlike other venues, we offer an extended standard check-out time of between 2 and 4pm, much later than the norm. This ensures you and your guests can fully relax, enjoy lingering moments together, and avoid the stress of a rushed departure - perfect for recovering after the celebrations without any added pressure.
• A fully immersive bar experience awaits you - A Traditional Scottish Pub crafted exclusively for you and your group. Choose to have a dedicated barkeep serve up drinks and make cocktails, or take the reins and pour your own pints.
