Lovely venue with great views.We had a lovely lady help us with planning as it is a historic site and it needs extra care so they have lists of people they work with and we thought it was going to be a nightmare to organise because of this but they really made everything quite easy and relatively stress free. Middle Cottage is in an ideal setting and the cottage itself has absolutely all one could need for an enjoyable stay. The National Trust staff were very friendly and welcoming. The walks round the estate are a joy. One day I would like to try a round of hickory golf on the nine-hole course!Hill of Tarvit is a wonderful place to stay – peaceful, calm and beautiful. The whole family had the best time staying over, the accommodation was amazing and everyone enjoyed getting stuck in to help with the preparations and clear up!
