My husband and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone. Our room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and lovely shower with great quality toiletries. The reception staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful (even printing our concert tickets out which I had forgotten) the 3 staff in 3 Mile pub were great, we enjoyed a drink in there before eating delicious pizza (best we have had) in the pizza restaurant. When we had a small issue the staff went above and beyond in their response to rectify it, which is testament to how seriously they take customer service Thanks so much for making our stay memorable for all the right reasons, we will definitely be back!What a brilliant hotel!! Rooms are well equipped, modern, clean and tidy. Bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable, didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was delicious, a great selection and Moira was lovely and greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was one of the best ever - Even phoned me up when i forgot my shorts and left them in the hotel which has never happened before when i have left items. I am 100 % returning if i am up the north end again and would drive out of my way to spent a night there!I have traveled around the UK for many years - This hotel was one of the best! Friendly staff on the front desk, amazing and clean. The whole thing was so smooth and stress free. We only wanted a small party (less stress) which is why we decided to book everything through you guys from food through to DJ and I'm so glad we did! Food was amazing and went very quickly! The buffet package was excellent value for money and all the guests said the food was fantastic. Drinks were reasonably priced and I loved that you accommodated for the ice buckets on the tables for welcome drinks, it made the party feel a little more casual/fun which is what we wanted. All the bar staff, reception staff, security and DJ were all amazing and really good fun, one of the bartenders in particular was extremely helpful and helped me pack up the decorations and things I wanted to keep from the evening, we even had a little dance, such good fun and I really wanted the team to feel like they were part of the occasion, hope they all enjoyed their cake! Communication and ease of booking everything was so easy and very organised. Being able to drop you an email and sort last minute things was a huge help and nothing was too much trouble for you. The hotel is absolutely stunning and looked very high end considering the cost of rooms and the venue for our party, excellent value for money and exceeded expectations. Our suite was beautiful, one of the most luxurious hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The cleaning staff even helped me figure out how to use the aircon in our room haha can't thank all of the staff enough.
