Elliot House is a wedding venue with a unique history. Up until 1995 the venue was Manchester's registry office and many a Mancunian couple tied the knot in this beautiful building.
It has now re-opened as a stand alone wedding venue and, in partnership with Gusto Restaurant, we are able to offer city centre wedding ceremonies along with dinner and reception in the venue or Gusto restaurant itself.
Our stunning venue can cater for wedding ceremonies from 4 people up to 60 and Gusto can seat over 100 guests in their restaurant for the after dinner celebrations.
Elliot House was built in 1862 and the grade II listed building is littered with period features such as stained glass windows and wood panelled walls. The grand staircase is a perfect place for wedding photos.
You can choose to hold your ceremony in either of our main rooms and then have a fully catered reception or dinner after the ceremony finishes.
If you having a wedding somewhere else then why not get in touch and book your dinner at Gusto restaurant?
In the heart of Manchester, within the classic, ornate Elliot House on Deansgate is Gusto Restaurant and Bar a gorgeous venue that is full of all the glamour and elegance a person needs for a wedding dinner or reception.
