The Ravenswood

We had the privilege of having Katie as our wedding coordinator and we could not thank her enough! We were incredibly lucky to have someone who is so passionate about weddings be a part of our special day and truly do not think it would have run as smoothly without her. Katie checked in with us throughout the day to let us know suppliers had arrived, checked decor was set up correctly and importantly to make sure we always had a drink. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and we are lucky to be able to say it really was perfect. The Ravenswood Team must do thousands of weddings a year but they made ours feel like the only one. All of the staff on site were amazing with creating the wedding of our dreams and the cocktails were such a hit! We had lots going on throughout the whole day and nothing was too much to ask. The food was above and beyond the standard of traditional wedding breakfasts.

We absolutely loved every minute of our wedding at The Ravenswood. They went above and beyond and much more than I could ever of imagined especially our wedding coordinator Natalie Brown, she is one in a million. I couldn't of asked for a better coordinator and I have no faults of the day whatsoever. Thank you all at The Ravenswood.

We married here a few days ago and it was perfect staff are all amazing and our wedding coordinator was amazing to! Cannot fault it one bit food was amazing, everything was taken care of for us. We just enjoyed it!

Myself and husband had an amazing day, even down to the smallest detail it was there, always on hand when we needed something. Even if something was changed last minute it was done. Absolutely amazing. There aren’t enough words. So thankful for this beautiful venue and beautiful team. Extra mention to Natalie going above and beyond and making everything perfect. All our guests kept asking us how we found such an amazing venue, they adored it! So so pleased we had such a perfect wedding!

We got married on the 11th August and the whole day was wonderful. The lead up to the day was stress free, nothing was too much for the team. The time and dedication to our wedding was lovely to experience as I know other venues rush their couples or are not as accommodating. Our wedding coordinator Dawn deserves a HUGE shout out for being the best coordinator we could’ve ever wished for. There was a real personal touch to her involvement in our wedding - it was like having a friend helping plan your wedding with you. Aside from Dawn, there’s a real friendly vibe with the other coordinators and calling up the week before and saying “hi it’s George” and the person on the other end of the phone knowing it was me who was getting married on the 11th without introducing myself was honestly so lovely. They are a real friendly bunch. Also their presence on social media is brilliant as you get a real sense of day to day life and see the other couples getting married and how their day is going. The day was fantastic, timings were great, food was piping hot and well cooked - everyone commented on how lovely the canapés were and also how tasty the wedding breakfast was; people commented on the quality of the meat and the tastiness of the veg and dauphinoise potato (which can sometimes be a bit bland but not at the Ravenswood). Rooms were clean and tidy, comfy bedding. Grounds are well maintained, and stunning! It was great to also arrive at the venue and see all of our vision come to light, and Dawn being there to direct everyone and basically make the dream a reality. Thank you so much The Ravenswood for just making our day magical! ❤️

August 2024 bride here! From start to finish the team at The Ravenswood was perfect! Molly, my wedding coordinator was truly amazing! She helped with all my big decisions and silly questions leading up the the big day and I can’t thank her enough. When I would be stressing about seating plans or what I need on the day she was there via email or phone to help me quickly and easily. She honestly made it seem like a walk in the park. The staff at the ravenswood where all amazing too, I even had guests tell me on the day how brilliant they all were. When we ran out of a drink at one bar they topped it up from the other bar quickly and efficiently (redbull was a very popular drink 😅) to holding open doors as guests were walking by. On the day of my wedding the team helped with all the little extras we had, such as name places, favours and confetti. I have originally planned for my husband and friend to help set up but Molly swept in and handled everything perfectly so the rest of the bridal party could relax and get ready for the day. If you are considering The Ravenswood for your dream wedding just know you will be in very good hands.

We had the MOST fantastic wedding at The Ravenswood. I can't thank Katie (our wedding coordinator) enough for all the work she put in to making our day perfect, she really went above and beyond!! ❤️ We had the most amazing day, thanks to her and all the wonderful staff. Attended a wedding here. What a great venue. A beautiful gardens and building. Nice food and reasonable prices for the drinks.

Wonderful service and very professional staff. We definitely enjoyed our special day at Ravenswood. Our coordinator (Molly) was extremely detailed, organized and a great support on the day of our ceremony. She helped us with small details to make our reception a spectacular result.
