- LLexy & Gareth29/10/2024The perfect wedding weekend! The perfect wedding weekend!We had our wedding at Duvale Priory in April- it was perfect! We were looking for a child friendly, relaxed, beautiful venue with lots of accommodation, and we got it all! Rosena was extremely helpful and friendly from our first phone call, all the way to the last day of our stay. The house felt spacious, even with 46 staying and easily accommodated our extra day guests. The small hall is beautiful, with minimal decorations needed. The gardens and range of seating areas were ideal for guests to spread out and enjoy the sunshine and all the birds (and rabbits) were a huge hit with the kids! The host is a very pleasant and helpful lady. Ten bedroom with several ensuite, 9 toilets all told and even a downstairs bedroom and ensuite for a disabled guest. Easy to access from the motorway and close to shops (5 miles)A marvellous place to have a group meet or a family get together.
