What’s your favourite canapé?
Queen and Whippet make a delicious canapé as part of their menu with us. The chicken crackling with lovage gel and burnt corn is definitely my personal favourite.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Nothing is better than pulled pork tacos fresh from the grill!
What is Parish's House most unique feature?
At the front of the house, you’ll find a life sized bronze sculpture and water feature from contemporary artist Philip Jackson called Skittles With Scarlatti. It is at once dramatic and tranquil, and she makes a wonderful statement entrance to the house.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our beautifully manicured lawns and curated gardens. A lot of love and care goes into making our gardens as beautiful as can be and it's definitely our pride and joy.
