Our all-inclusive wedding packages for 60 guests start at £12,500 (£9,620 if guest accommodation is passed on). Packages include exclusive venue hire, full catering, drinks, and two nights' accommodation.
Enjoy a private sneak peek of your beautifully set-up venue on your wedding eve—just for you. Then check into our stunning, purpose-built accommodation and start the celebrations with your loved ones, knowing everything is perfectly ready for your big day.
We host up to 250 day guests, 500 evening guests, and sleep 62 across one and two nights. The venue suits both intimate and large weddings.
Our minimum guest requirement is 60 adults midweek and 80 at weekends.
We don’t do back-to-back weddings, always offering a private, relaxed experience. Wedding days are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with a two-night stay—arrive the day before, leave the day after.
Once booked, enjoy two planning meetings, two exclusive drop-in visits each year, and a private venue preview at 2pm on your wedding eve. At 4pm, you check in and begin the celebrations—perhaps a BBQ, pool dip, or hot tub unwind.
Wake up in our luxury accommodation and get ready in beautiful spaces. Stroll across to the venue an hour before the ceremony, typically 12:30pm.
Say your vows indoors or on the lake pontoon. Then it’s drinks, canapés, wedding breakfast, speeches, and dancing until midnight or 1am.
Enjoy all three barns, seamlessly connected with breathtaking views of the lakes and Quantock Hills.
The next morning, gather for a full English breakfast in your private dining space at “Kitchen” before saying farewell.

Everything was perfect!When me and my husband got engaged we started looking at venues. When we got to Quantock Lakes, we both immediately fell in love. Laura was incredibly kind, she truly listened to what we wanted. I had my views being used to Italian weddings, nothing was too much for Laura! It was a little over our "chosen" budget so we attempted to look at other venues. Nothing could match Quantock Lakes for either of us! At some point, Mark and I decided to go back to Quantock Lakes to see if we were still blown away. Laura was very accommodating, she let us get in after her last appointment. Words could not match our feelings when we got there again. The venue is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside, peaceful lakes and breathtaking views of the Quantock Hills. It felt like our own private oasis. We loved that there are options for both good and bad weather. Both options are stunning! Sarah from "Quantock Lakes Planning" supported us every step of the way. Again I had lots of requests to try to make the wedding as Italian friendly as possible, nothing was too much for Sarah. Any question we had, she answered incredibly quickly. Same for the changes I kept making. Us and some of our guests stayed the night before at the Farmhouse. What an amazing place! The sauna and Jacuzzi were an incredible touch. Being able to relax the night before of your wedding is a must! The house has everything and anything you could possible need. It is also very spacious. All our guests could not stop saying how amazing it is and what a great idea it is to relax the night before such a big event. The getting ready room is incredibly spacious too. Sarah helped us setting up the day before the wedding. The day was the best day of our life. Everything was perfect! We could have not imagined a more perfect place to say "I do". The on-site accommodation was a major bonus, giving our guests the chance to fully enjoy the day without the stress of travelling home. From the moment we booked, the experience was flawless. Laura and Sarah supported us every step of the way, making the process feel effortless. Despite being a popular venue booked well in advance, we never felt like just another couple in the calendar—they treated us with care, attention, and genuine enthusiasm. They went above and beyond to accommodate our personal touches—relocating the cake table, catering for specific allergies and dietary needs, and even supporting last-minute changes, including allowing our dog to stay the night before the wedding. The day before the wedding, Nadine stepped in and was an absolute star. She helped coordinate the entire setup—table runners, centrepieces, favours, chair décor, seating plans, and more. Her calm, friendly presence was incredibly reassuring, especially when a few external pressures came into play. On the day itself, nothing was too much trouble. The team arrived early to accommodate suppliers travelling from afar, and Nadine was, once again, amazing. We originally viewed the venue with Laura back in 2022 and she couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. She answered every question we had whilst showing us round the incredible venue. After booking our date we were handed over to Sarah who was fantastic!! She was really quick to email, really accommodating and kept us in the loop with everything. We can't thank her enough for all her help!! For our wedding, our coordinator was Kelly and I don't think we could have asked for a nicer person to be coordinating our day. The day went without a hiccup and everyone commented on how seamless the day went. Kelly dealt with everything professionally and nothing was too much of a bother for her! All our guests have said it is the best wedding they've been to and we really feel it's down to the venue and the incredible accommodation. For my family travelling from Scotland it was perfect and they were all blown away! Nicola showed us round the accommodation on the Friday to get us checked in and it was spotless. A huge thank you to the housekeeping team as the accommodation was perfect. I can't fault the Quantock Lakes and I would highly reccomend it as a venue to anyone thinking of getting married. Not only are the grounds and facilties incredible with every detail thought out, the staff cannot do enough to ensure you have all you need. Huge shout out to Sarah who supported us in the lead up the the wedding and to Nadine who was with us on the weekend of our wedding. Our wedding went without a Hitch and it is because of the whole team and how well orginised they are. We cannot thank you enough! It was so amazing not just for us but for all our guests as well, we loved it so much we look forward to spending our 1st Anniversary back with you guys! We can wholeheartedly say that this was the most incredible weekend of our lives. From start to finish we were made to feel special and there wasn’t anything that was too much trouble. The whole experience from viewing the venue before booking to having our special day with you has been faultless. The staff at the Lakes are incredibly friendly and professional - they even went the extra mile in making my elderly Nan comfortable by putting the log fire on and giving her blankets in the evening so that she could stay and watch the evening go by. The food was delicious and we had so many of our guests say how much they enjoyed both our wedding breakfast and evening food. Great service along with lovely food made this part of our day very memorable. We hired the Farmhouse and several of the rooms in the wedding village both the night before and the night of our wedding. The accommodation is amazing! We had the most special time celebrating the evening before our big day with family & friends in such a wonderful house. On the Sunday morning after our wedding we had breakfast at the Kitchen across the road and AGAIN this was perfect! It was a private space for us as family and friends to de-brief the day before and spend time together before heading home. We cannot thank the staff enough for making our day and weekend perfect for us. The staff at the Lakes are incredibly friendly and professional - they even went the extra mile in making my elderly Nan comfortable by putting the log fire on and giving her blankets in the evening so that she could stay and watch the evening go by. The food was delicious and we had so many of our guests say how much they enjoyed both our wedding breakfast and evening food. Great service along with lovely food made this part of our day very memorable. We hired the Farmhouse and several of the rooms in the wedding village both the night before and the night of our wedding. The accommodation is amazing! We had the most special time celebrating the evening before our big day with family & friends in such a wonderful house. On the Sunday morning after our wedding we had breakfast at the Kitchen across the road and AGAIN this was perfect! It was a private space for us as family and friends to de-brief the day before and spend time together before heading home. We cannot thank the staff enough for making our day and weekend perfect for us. We truly feel that what makes this venue so special and unique are the personal touches and allowing the bride & groom to make the space about them and personal to them. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
One of our favorite weddings from this year would be the Summer wedding of Tom & Louise who tied the knot on Thursday 30th June 2022. They met on a classic night out with friends and they got engaged in 2019 & got to wedding planning right away. A few years & global pandemic later, they finally got hitched!
We first met Tom & Louise during their viewing appointment and they both said that they just wanted their wedding to be a wild party with all of their loved ones & it was exactly that.
Here's what the couple says.
How long did it take you to find your perfect wedding venue?
We started by thinking about the things that we really wanted from a wedding venue and then I booked us in to look around some barn-style wedding venues as they seemed to tick more of our boxes. Quantock Lakes was the third venue we viewed and we both fell in love with it straight away. It offered the large spacious areas we wanted, a beautiful outdoor setting with the option to get married outside, the most incredible accommodation with the option for both of us to stay the night before and so much choice on food and drink. Laura who showed us around was also so lovely and made us feel really comfortable which goes such a long way in the wedding industry. We booked a date with Quantock Lakes that same day. We were originally meant to get married in May 2021 but due to the pandemic, we ended up postponing to June 2022. The team at Quantock Lakes was so communicative and supportive throughout the pandemic and along with all of our suppliers made everything so easy and stress-free.
Tell us about your ceremony & your wedding reception
We had originally planned to have an outdoor ceremony and get married on the lake pontoon. Of course, the British weather had other plans but I think it was a blessing in disguise as the main barn where we got married was perfect and a lot more intimate anyway. I really wanted live musicians for the ceremony and came across JamDuo whilst I was researching online and they were exactly what I was looking for. They were so accommodating to our requests for songs and were just brilliant at creating a bespoke set of songs for our ceremony. The whole setup for our ceremony was more than I could have ever dreamed of. Our florist Jo at Dahlia’s in Yeovil did the most incredible job with the flowers, my sister did a beautiful reading and the whole ceremony was just perfect.
Looking back on your wedding now, what were the most memorable moments?
Seeing Tom turn around at the end of the aisle was so special and a moment I’ll never forget. I also loved the morning and getting ready in the most incredible bridal suite. Having all our friends and family around us in the morning was so important to us and the spacious accommodation at Quantock Lakes made that possible! Also, our family and friends love a party so everyone up on the tables dancing with our saxophonist Reuben was pretty memorable too!
What were some of the best decisions you made when planning your wedding day?
I am so happy with every single decision we made. Every single wedding supplier was brilliant and made it very easy for me to not get stressed or anything! If you are bit of a control freak with timings like me and you have a big bridal party definitely plan the timings for hair and make-up in the morning - someone gave me this advice and I’m so glad I did as the morning ran so smoothly and calmly with no rushing! I think probably the best last-minute decision we made was booking our videographer Matt (Mad Mash Weddings). We weren’t going to have a videographer but I am so glad we did in the end as the main video and all the small clips of special moments he did are so beautiful.
If you had any advice for future brides & grooms, what would that be?
I know everyone says it but the day really does go by so fast so just cherish every single moment and don’t worry about the small things!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
The best way to understand our unique venue is to make a private viewing appointment.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Very recently, we had a fabulous artist attend a wedding and she painted scenes of the wedding and pegged them to a display throughout the day.

Our mini burgers and mini sausage and mash are very popular with our couples.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Pizza.

The venue is uniquely designed, we have 3 venue barns - all share views across the lakes and famous Quantock Hills.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our team, we are all so close and have all been part of the business here for so long.
