Roman Baths and Pump Room

The venue, staff and surroundings were extraordinary. The staff were faultless and made our ceremony and wedding breakfast so beautiful and nothing was too much trouble. It was incredible. I REALLY encourage people to look around this Venue if you’d like a truly atmospheric, and magical setting for your ceremony and wedding reception. I simply cannot find the words to describe how good it was. My words are completely understated.

We found the venue on instagram and were blown away by some of the photos that other couples had from their special day. Fast forward to our big day. Everything was taken care of and the morning went completely and as smoothly as planned. The staff accommodated us and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had breakfast at the pump house and again the staff were brilliant. What an incredible venue to get married at and what an brilliant team they have.

Thank you for all of your efforts in the build up to our wedding day. The whole day was amazing and Allan was great as were both of you. Thank you again.

Thank you both for everything! We had the most wonderful wedding 2 weeks ago. What an amazing venue. All our guests were wowed and everyone was so thrilled to have had the extraordinary experience. Everything went perfectly on the day... All in all, we couldn't have asked for anything better. It was a perfect morning... We want to say a massive “thank you” to you, for providing us the most amazing venue for our wedding. We couldn’t believe our luck when offered the initial date (for 2020) two years ago, then the following one in May (2021), finally this one on 4th of Sep 2021. It was the exactly one year later. We are just blessed. Our guests were delighted, impressed, honoured to be with us at our wedding. We've been receiving lots of fabulous shots for the venue since. It was an amazing experience. Nothing is too much for you. We are so grateful to the team Roman Baths, your patience, your understanding during this unique uncertain time. We will have special fondness every time when we pass by our favourite spot in town, it will remain so for the rest of our life.

Myself and Greg had such an amazing time, thank you so, so much for everything you did to make sure the night ran smoothly (we even gave you a mention in our speech, but I'm not sure if anyone heard it!). You and your teams have been fabulous. Our guests loved the food and felt so well looked after. You may have heard that one of our older guests was really struggling, and I can't tell you how relieved I was to hear that your team had been able to provide a wheelchair so that he could get around the baths safely. We also had such a warm welcome when we arrived...we couldn't have asked for more.
