Hi Catherine, We would like to proffer our sincere thanks to you and your team for looking after us so wonderfully. Thanks to your impeccable organisation and planning the day was hugely enjoyed by everyone who attended. I think everyone praised both the setting and the food. From my point of view, you removed all the stress from what was for me a potentially very stressful day and I too was able to relax and enjoy the occasion. Thank you so much once again and I hope to see you again.

Hello Catherine , Am sending an appreciation of everything that Crouchers did & yourself to make Saturday 14th go so well . The feedback is very good from those attending but as you know I wasn’t able to be present - Sods Law at work . Many compliments on the food & service & the delightful setting - the party were able to spill out into the garden for the cake cutting - such an asset . We chose Crouchers Hotel as the venue for our Wedding Reception for a variety of reasons. It is a lovely setting by Chichester Canal, easy to get to from Chichester Station by taxi or bus, has beautiful gardens, plenty of free parking and electric charging points and we knew the food was exceptional. But most of all because Catherine was very open to our ideas and nothing was too much trouble. She instinctively knew what was needed to make the day go smoothly and happily. And so we had the most wonderful day – the food was excellent, the venue beautifully decorated, the service impeccable, the staff friendly, and everyone had the best time, including us. Catherine took all the stress away from our big day and even took photographs to share. We were allowed to have our own music and to set up a croquet set. It is now somewhere we will go to regularly to remember our special day.

Good afternoon Catherine, I wanted to say a very big THANK YOU to all staff involved in helping me to celebrate my 80th birthday at Crouchers Orchards last Sunday! The food, drinks etc. were all excellent but the staff were at all times professional, friendly and helpful! I could not have asked for more. We left your Hotel this morning after a two night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel is excellent, the room, the food and the ambience. Well done all of you. We were with you for a family meal on the Saturday evening and the attention we received from the staff was excellent, fetching chairs in the lounge section for us so everyone had a seat. You had clearly briefed the team with absolute precision, and we were delighted that the table & the room looked so elegant. Alexia, Katie & Marcos were professional, friendly & attentive- we could not have asked for more. The chef did an excellent job too & it was impressive that all the food was delivered hot, it was presented well & it tasted delicious. Thank you for helping make my fathers birthday

Dear Catherine Just a short line to thank you and indeed all the Staff at Crouchers for enabling and supporting Our Birthday Event on Saturday Afternoon. We had the most wonderful time and everything ran like clockwork. Special mention to the Chef and Kitchen - there were many lovely Comments on our Meal. As you know we stayed over also and what a very lovely, welcoming Setting it was. We wanted for nothing. We will definitely return.

The Staff, I want to thank you for making our family get-together on the 16th March such a wonderful occasion. Everyone said how much they enjoyed their lunch, what an appetizing spread. The lady who looked after the tables all afternoon not only clearing them but also kept everyone' glass topped up and being so cheerful and friendly. The bar staff who were so very tolerant with some noisy customers and kept everyone in good spirits! Thank you Catherine for your help and making it happen.

We had such an amazing day and couldn't have wished for anything more! Weddings can be so stressful, but the staff at Crouchers did a fantastic job and made the day so memorable for us and our guests. They attended to all of our needs and were so accommodating in making our day personal to us. We felt so lucky and well looked after. The venue was dressed beautifully, and there were so many lovely spots to relax and talk to our guests. A truly special day - we are so grateful to all, but especially to our wedding planner Catherine who was a star throughout.

Stayed 2 nights. My sons was married on the Saturday and had his reception there. Absolutely stunning. The hotel and staff did us all proud for such a special day
