Nicola the Wedding Planner is amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, ever went ahead exactly as planned. The Venue is a magical place, it looked fabulous. Best day of our lives! Best day of our lives!
From start to finish of wedding planning to the wedding day it self was an amazing experience! All the staff was so helpful and caring, the food was just spot on! And can’t forget about the venue! Just pure perfection and stunning! If you’re ever planning a wedding on a good budget here is the place, I didn’t have to pay thousands and thousands to get my perfect day! You will not be disappointed!! From start to finish of wedding planning to the wedding day it self was an amazing experience! All the staff was so helpful and caring, the food was just spot on! And can’t forget about the venue! Just pure perfection and stunning! If you’re ever planning a wedding on a good budget here is the place, I didn’t have to pay thousands and thousands to get my perfect day! You will not be disappointed!!

We had our Annual Awards Ceremony here in April and everything was amazing. The food was gorgeous, the room stunning and the staff very helpful. Diana in the events dept was brilliant right from when we first made the booking and on the day. Diana helped with recommending local suppliers for AV, decoration etc which was a big help as we are not local. We can't wait for next year already. Cannot recommend them enough. Where to start! Hannah and her team helped us achieve the wedding of our dreams and made our vision become a reality on 21st October 2023. We worked with Hannah closely on the lead up to the wedding and nothing was too much bother. We booked the Cloisters twilight indulgent package and Hannah and her team made us feel like royalty on the day. We were well looked after and everything went smoothly. We cannot thank Hannah enough. The cloisters has a special wow factor and guests loved the venue. Even our band commented on it saying that it was like the Monastry in Manchester but better, with better acoustics and service from staff. We would highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding. It was the best wedding!! Where to start! Hannah and her team helped us achieve the wedding of our dreams and made our vision become a reality on 21st October 2023. So I'm an absolute control freak and I struggle to let anyone organise anything for me but I needn't have worried at all. Hannah and her team listened throughout the entirety of our wedding planning and absolutely delivered more than we expected. The staff were amazing, the food was good and from the second we came to the venue until the day we left we were treated like royalty. We can never thank you all enough for delivering the wedding I had always dreamed of. My only upset was it was over far too soon!! You're an amazing bunch of people - good luck for the future!!! Word can’t describe how beautiful and amazing our day was! Everyone was wowed by the venue as we was in the Chapel (cloisters suit) and all the staff there was just spot on! So polite and caring! Hannah our wedding coordinator was so helpful and guiding me through the whole day! Even when I had to go have a minute in my room during the food, she came up to see if I was okay and had a good chat! Again the venue, the staff, the food! Can’t forget about the food it was to die for! Our DJ in the package was just ace! Everything I dreamed of! Our big day was amazing from start to finish! 100% recommend to anyone who wants to get married here! Especially without costing an arm and leg!!!!
