Bordesley Park Wedding Venue

From start to finish the team at Bordesley Park Wedding Venue were outstanding and always went above and beyond for us. Both myself and my now husband enquired about Bordesley separately, Charlotte communicated with us very quickly and arranged a viewing of the venue. Charlotte was professional and welcoming to us and our family, she answered all of our questions and provided comfort when emotions were high. We had several meetings with Ben and nothing was too much trouble. We always felt like the only couple having a wedding at Bordesley, we never felt like a number or another wedding. We also communicated with Sharon about the payments, and she always responded quickly. I met and communicated with Jamie about the drink packages, and he adapted our packages several times to meet our needs and the changing of details. The day before the wedding Ben communicated with us and we were able to drop items off, which helped ease stress. On the day of the wedding (06.09.2924), the whole team at Bordesley looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble, they set up tables and emptied my car of garden games and table arrangements. Charlotte checked on the bridal party in the morning, Ben was on hand with drinks and they were only a text away if needed. Jamie and Ben then looked after us all during the reception, as we had our ceremony off site. They constantly checked in to ensure that we were ok and were always on hand if we needed anything. Jamie even assisted when a family member became unwell. We cannot thank the team enough for everything they have done for us.

We cannot thank Ben, Charlotte and the whole team enough for being such a major part of our wonderful wedding day. From the moment we stepped foot at Bordesley Park we knew it was the perfect wedding venue for us, we booked it straight away and never looked back. Ben and Charlotte helped us plan every last detail and nothing was ever too much for them, always going above and beyond in the lead up and on the day to ensure things went perfectly! We had amazing weather, which was a bonus, but the venue is stunning, with gorgeous gardens, a beautiful ceremony barn with views of the countryside and a great marquee that we could decorate however we wanted. They are doggy friendly too, so our little fur baby Winnie could be with us all day! There is so much more I could say, and the wedding blues have been hard, but every single memory of our day is spectacular and we couldn't have done it without you all! A huge shout out to Jamie who managed the bar service too and Celebration Caterers, we had the best food, with so many compliments to the chef! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We viewed 1 other venue then went and met the lovely Charlotte who showed us round the stunning Bordesley Park and we just knew in an instant this would be our wedding venue, we fell in love with it instantly and booked straight away! From start to finish our day was just perfect, absolutely everything went perfectly, the day flowed without issue and we can’t thank the team enough! All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue is and how brilliant the staff are! If we could do it all again we would in a heartbeat! Thank you so much to Charlotte, Ben and the rest of the Bordesley Park team! We can’t thank you all enough <3

This wedding venue is absolutely stunning, Ben & Charlotte on the day you were both amazing. It was the little extra touches that made you both stand out and did the venue proud. You checked on my bridal party throughout the morning and when we needed drinks you was on hand to bring them up to us. How you both reassured our page boy and flower girl, our son and daughter, was very thoughtful. The thumbs up, asking how they are and when our daughter was getting cold Charlotte headed back to the bridal room to get her jacket. Jamie, the bar manager was absolutely incredible, the cocktails you made definitely made our guests talk. They were fantastic, you was very polite and friendly to all our guests, you are a credit to the venue. And from the grooms point of view, Jamie was there with me preparing the marquee along with the bar staff, Jamie was there in the groomsmen area supplying drinks and customising them to our taste, Jamie felt more like a friend than a manager and made me feel so much more at ease. I attended my son's wedding on 17/10/21. The venue and surrounding scenery are absolutely stunning but what I really wanted to highlight was the staff who looked after us throughout a long and busy day. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the bar staff even fixed my mother's broken shoe! The staff made a fantastic day even more memorable. Thank you so much. Ade Griffiths

A beautiful & unusual venue. My family all had a wonderful time. The service was beautiful (even brought tears to the eyes of one or two of the guys!) & really well done. The rooms are & marquee were beautifully decorated & maintained and the bathroom facilities were clean & well stocked. At the reception there was a nice selection of food for the wedding breakfast. We had three courses which were cooked well & nicely served. Sadly the last few people to be served their main meals had dinners that weren't very warm despite being well presented but then there were a lot of us to serve, and the lovely deserts & nice wines largely made up for that. Although the bars were small (so slightly limited) in the two places our party stayed, most folks were happy with the drinks that were available. All the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Welcome boards helped with the running order & other information and there were even lots of photos of the bride & groom around the marquee which helped to make it unusually personal. Unfortunately it was a wet & rainy day for my family's wedding but the nature & style of this venue meant it didn't matter as we were able to stay out of the rain. The country views would be good for outdoor photos in better weather too. The evening reception food was also well done, and served by wandering wait-staff as everyone was milling about or dancing by then, thoroughly enjoying the music & dance floor. It was one of the nicest weddings I've ever been to. All in all it was an exceptional day & a wonderful start to married life for the bride & groom.

What can we say. What a wedding venue. Due to circumstances we had a small intimate ceremony here in April and then went back on Sunday to have our full day with all our friends and family. Both days were just absolutely perfect and we cannot thank you enough. Ben and Charlotte, thank you. Ben you have been such a huge support. You came up with ideas that we never even thought of and have just been so accommodating with everything. Our families and our guests have all commented one what an amazing venue it is and what spectacular views it has. Some even living very locally and not even knowing it exsisted. Jamie and the bar staff were also just incredible and nothing was too much trouble. Jamie made sure we were all looked after and made sure the day ran smoothly. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us not only one, but two very special days. They were both very different but both the most perfect days we will never forget. We will be highly recommending you and such an incredible venue.

Oh wow where to start. As soon as we saw this venue we knew it was the one. Not only doe’s it have the most beautiful ceremony room set in the most beautiful of views it has possibly the best team or should say the dream team working so hard to make our special day just perfect. It could not have gone any better. They deserve every award going in our opinion.

We had the most incredible day ever, I know people say that your wedding day is the best one ever but we can honestly say this is the truth- Ben and the Team at Bordesley were truly amazing, our wedding was postponed 3 times due to Covid and at every step of the way they kept our spirits high and when we finally got our day (4th time lucky) they went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble! All our suppliers were amazing and throughout have become more than that, more like good friends you can count on! The day was perfect, full of smiles, laughter and everyone was so happy and looked after throughout the day and night. We couldn’t ask for anything more and cannot thank the team enough! Bordesley is a stunning venue and we cannot recommend it any higher than we already do! But the team make it extra special! Thank you again - you guys are simply the best!!!
