The impressive house is surrounded by an extensive moat and boasts a stunning Terrace which overlooks the water. The charming and romantic White Garden provides you and your guests with an intimate sheltered space for ceremonies and receptions. The enchanting Formal Gardens, Top Lawn & Lower Lawn offer many gorgeous spots for your important wedding photography, all year round. If you have always hoped for a Church service, the parish church is situated within the estate! Our dining space 'The Linney' & magically lit Barn can host your afternoon and evening festivities - your meal and evening party. - - - - - Whether you have 40 guests or 250 guests, we can shape the venue to suit your plans. - - - - - After a big day of celebration, you will need a place to rest your weary head. At Birtsmorton Court, we have you covered with room for up to 48 of your guests to stay overnight and continue the adventure. - - - - - Spend your first night as newlyweds in Malvern Chase, our luxurious Shepherd’s Hut with private deck and hot tub PLUS spectacular views across the rolling Malvern Hills. Choose this option, or pick The Georgian Wing - a sumptuous suite in the main moated manor with four-poster bed. As huge foodies ourselves, we have sought to find caterers that share our passion for fresh, locally sourced, seasonal produce with innovative menus, creative ideas and a genuine enthusiasm for high standards of customer service. Our catering partners offer a vast range of options. Their menus include mouth-watering seated meals, popular street food served from a silver Airstream, sociable grazing boards, tasty wood-fired pizza, carefully created canapes, theatrical food stations and evening light bites. All menu prices are inclusive of everything you will need on the day including linen, service and staff, plus high quality glassware, china and cutlery.

A Perfect WeddingA Perfect Wedding
Our wedding and stay at Birtsmorton Court was incredible. From the moment we first viewed it, we knew we felt at home there. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the interiors are full of character and charm. Truly a place you would want on your special wedding day to make it memorable! The staff were so helpful in the build up to our day to answer any queries; a special shout out to Lucy and Naomi for this, and of course Siân who saw us through the day itself! Can’t recommend enough!Our wedding and stay at Birtsmorton Court was incredible. From the moment we first viewed it, we knew we felt at home there. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the interiors are full of character and charm. Truly a place you would want on your special wedding day to make it memorable! Incredible venue, best day of my life!Incredible venue, best day of my life!
We had our dream wedding day at Birtsmorton Court! The venue itself is an absolute dream. It feels like Bridgerton, crossed with a castle somewhere truly fit for royalty. The day couldn’t have gone any better and our wedding coordinator Siân couldn’t do enough for us. I felt comfortable and happy the entire time and we got everything that we’d asked for and more. We’ve had so many of our guests complimenting our wedding and saying it was the best wedding that they’d ever been too!We had our dream wedding day at Birtsmorton Court! The venue itself is an absolute dream. It feels like Bridgerton, crossed with a castle somewhere truly fit for royalty. The most incredible venue!!The most incredible venue!!
My husband and I got married at Birtsmorton a couple of weeks ago, and the whole team were honestly such a joy to deal with throughout the whole process. We originally started our planning journey with Sophie, however Siân became our main point of contact for the last few months. Both were so lovely, helpful, well organised and kept me reassured that everything was on track. At no point did I ever have any doubt at all that the team would make sure the day went as perfectly as possible, and it definitely did! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and all of our guests agreed, especially in the sun! Before choosing Birtsmorton we viewed a few other venues but they all felt a bit impersonal, and like a bit of a ‘wedding factory’ but Birtsmorton is completely different. Ours is the only wedding I’ve ever attended here, but I really do get the impression from speaking to Sophie and Siân that every wedding here is slightly different and unique in some way, and that’s what makes it special. Amazing venue with even more amazing staff! Amazing venue with even more amazing staff!
Birtsmorton was the second venue we viewed and we fell in love with it straight away! On our wedding day, all of our guests came up to us and commented on how amazing the venue was, particularly commenting on how much they loved the various different areas that we spent the wedding day! We had our ceremony in the church which was so special then the reception on the terrace and in the White Garden! The Birtsmorton staff were brilliant leading up to the day and on the day kept us calm and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. We couldn’t have asked for a more amazing wedding and Birtsmorton were such a massive part of that!Birtsmorton was the second venue we viewed and we fell in love with it straight away! Best day of my life!Best day of my life!
Birtsmorton is a fabulous venue for a wedding and ours was amazing!! We had a large bridal party which we were all able to stay in the hideaway cottage with hot tub and even bigger guest list with enough room for most guests to stay on site and they accommodated us all very well, the venue is fantastic with the hills in the background ,the grounds are so picturesque it had everything we needed and looked for in a venue. Naomi our wedding co ordinator was lovely and Dave they did so much on the day can’t thank them enough. The reception in the white garden was probably my favourite but the alternatives for your day is endless here!! Thank you so much birtsmorton! My wife Siobhan and I had the most incredible wedding day. Birtsmorton is a beyond perfect wedding venue that couldn’t be easier to fall in love with. I have copied our message from Google reviews , as I’m now very emotional thinking back to our big day just a week ago! Where do we begin … I personally wouldn’t class Birtsmorton as a wedding ‘venue’ it feels more like a huge home shared with family , family being the Birtsmorton team. From getting engaged in December 2022 we then began our search for our dream wedding in August 2023 , we liked the idea of abroad but ultimately wanted all of our family with us. We also wanted the wedding to feel more than just 1 day , we had visited only one other venue which felt very rushed and more of a in and out process. One final requirement was for the venue to be dog friendly as we were set on having our fur baby Daisy part of the big day. My husband ! Then found Birtsmorton after searching for a ‘weekend’ wedding venue , we was sceptical as it was a slight distance for some to travel however , on our first visit we met Lucy and herself and the breathtaking ‘venue’ and grounds sold it to us. She made efforts to work around dates we had in mind and worked effortlessly with us up until our final wedding planning meeting when we was then introduced to Naomi who then continued to work with us. We officially booked in August 2023 with Lucy however, during January 2024 we moved to Hungary for a work opportunity of my Husbands , during this time I had taken my role as wedding planner very seriously, being very specific and particular. Working with Naomi was better than I could have ever imagined , she understood all of our visions and wishes and made them happen even better than we ( I ) could have imagined. Naomi truly felt apart of our wedding party , we did try and convince her to join the party at one point! There isn’t words to thank the whole team enough. We also had a lovely young man take over from Naomi on the evening ( sadly had one too many at this point and are not 100% on his name 🥲) but for him to take over just as our wedding breakfast had finished and continue to run things seamlessly was just amazing. When we say the whole team at Birtsmorton it’s not an exaggeration; the housekeepers keeping on top of bed changes , groundsman ensuring everywhere looked immaculate, I could go on. A week later and everyone is still talking about our day , if we could we’d do it again in a heartbeat. From the bottom of our hearts , thank you. Mr & Mrs Eaton ! Everything about our wedding at Birtsmorton Court was absolutely perfect. We honestly couldn’t have asked or imagined for anything better. The team who were absolutely professional from the moment we booked our first visit to the day of our wedding. They were a constant reassurance, calming influence & we just felt that she always had everything under complete control. The day itself was magical. We’ve lost count of the number of guests who’ve told us that it was the best wedding they’ve been to, and how stunning the venue was. It really is like something from a film set & anyone getting married here will have the best day of their lives. We are so so grateful to the team & feel so lucky to have found our perfect venue. Thank you from Mr and Mrs Hammond (married on 24th August 2018).Everything about our wedding at Birtsmorton Court was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t recommend Birtsmorton Court and church more as a wedding venue. Our day was exactly what we imagined and the venue more than delivered. Our feedback from our guests after the wedding was not only did they love the food (especially the Mario Pizza Mini on the evening) they said the whole day was relaxed and the venue had a great atmosphere. Could not recommend this venue more to be able to create a unique wedding for yourself that will really stand out to your guests. Big thank you to our amazing wedding coordinator! We first booked our wedding in April 2017 and since that day, Birtsmorton has gone above and beyond to answer our questions and assist us with making our big day so perfect. Unfortunately, our wedding catering went bust 6 months before our big day - however the team were right on hand to sort the issue and helped us in getting the perfect menu with new our outstanding wedding caters (Orchard Catering were great at helping us adapt our already planned menus)! Birtsmorton Court was the first and only location we visited when searching for our wedding venue. We were truly blown away by the stunning outside gardens/fields and fell in love with the moated Manor House. In the run up to the day there were a few hiccups out of both parties control, but our coordinator was so calming and reassuring throughout - an incredible planner, and we miss her already! The day itself was nothing short of a dream, the weather was perfect, everything went to plan, and every photo shows off what a stunning, romantic place Birtsmorton Court is, we just wish we could do it all over again! So many of our guests commented on what a unique and impressive venue this is, and given the wide variety of different spaces, actually quite reasonable in terms of venue hire cost! Our photographer has since called it her favourite ever venue! We are sad it’s all over, but a day we will never forget and that’s all thanks to the team and this stunning venue.
